Decent Stay

The place was a comfortable place to stay and would be okay for a night or two where it’s one of the lower cost options. The rooms are very small but this was as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great for walking through the town. Street parking was available for free overnight.

Overall good place for the price. Place is clean and amenities are prepared for. The wash basin is a little small but functional. We had a bunk bed but there’s no ladder or steps to easily get up there. There is a construction site next building starting at about 8am so no need for alarm clock.

The room was clean and smelled good, temperature was comfortable. Good waterpressure. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Convenient breakfast deal at Egon right around the corner. Good location downtown, short walking distance to stores. Small room, as advertised, but if you don’t spend much time in your room it’s everything you need. A little noisy because there was construction going on next door while I was there, 7am to 7pm. (But if you’re not there most of the day it doesn’t matter.) Other than that it was quiet. I would stay here again for a business trip.

Superb service!!!!

Superb service and very helpful staff! I misplaced my engagement ring and I realized it just minutes before checking out. I panickedly looked everywhere in my room and my belongings But didnt find it. I was so stressed and needed to catch the bus for my early flight. I went to the receptionist and reported the issue. He attentively listened to me while I rambled. He assured me that he will informed his manager that morning so they can block off my room. After a few hours, I called the hotel and spoke to Frida. She knew exactly why I called and promised to call me back after they searched my room. Not long enough, She called me and gave me the Good news that they found my ring. She also offered to send it to me via registered freight at no charge.

Very happy with the accomodation. But, while I was in toilet and my kid was sleeping, someone entered the room. The person said sorry and closed the door. When we left the room and we felt the door handle, we could enter the room without ley from outside. I asked the cleaning lady if she had entered our room, she said no. I also asked her to help us since we weren’t able to close the door behind us.
