Ideal Business Accomodation for the Messe

We continue to return here as our go to accomodation for preiodic trade exhibitions at the Messe - a simple short drive yet far enough away to relax - good local restaurants and enough amenities to make our stay stress free - see you again in 4 years!

The stay was great due to the hotel staff and the room spacious and well insulated. However, there are policies in place that makes both customers and their staff uncomfortable and go against common sense as well as EU and National regulations. I hope that with this review, the Meliá groups management will come to their senses. Please read: The 1200 km trip going to the hotel was horrible, so when we arrived there, we just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep, but we were asked to fill in some forms with our personal data, agreeing to the hotel rules as well as agreeing to pay a fine (400 euros) if we were to smoke (we asked for a no smoking room). We were also asked to leave our credit card details on one of said forms, which is very unsafe at best. Other people were asked to leave a 200 euros deposit since they did not have a credit card. There are European as well as National regulations that specify fines for smoking in forbidden areas, and there are strict European laws for data protection that those forms are not adhering to. I never experienced this before and it made me feel unwelcomed and harassed, so much so I was ready to leave, if not for the issues this would have caused to the staff, that looked visibly uncomfortable. Melia, this is a big no! Also the fact that there are international channels available is a big no! You should thank the staff and the great hotel manager you have, that are doing their best to make the customers feel welcomed!

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms (but warm).

Hotel was good and the rooms were comfortable with a very good bed. Unfortunately it was very warm in the room what I personally don’t like for sleeping. The buffet was very good, and I like the cozy bar with a big tv. Parking is a bit expensive. Very friendly staff.

The buffet breakfast was empty. The bread was stale, the coffee was old. There was nothing good to eat. It cost US$50 for 2 people and we couldn’t eat ANYTHING AT ALL

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 avec lit double, nous avons eu une chambre pour 2 avec 2 lits simples. On nous a dit qu'on pouvait les coller nous-mêmes pour ne faire "qu'un seul lit". Chose que nous avons faite, et avons découvert de beaux nids de toiles d'araignée derrière le lit déplacé. Lorsque nous avons voulu nous laver à 10h, plus d'eau chaude de disponible. En dehors de ça, il faisait très calme dans la chambre. Les installations sanitaires étaient propres et spacieuses.

Im vollbesetzten Frühstücksraum ist es kaum auszuhalten, es ist so laut und man hört alles sogar noch im 4. Stock. Schlage vor, dass hier dringend ein Akkustiker vorbeikommt und Massnahmen vorschlägt.

Dem Zimmerpreis gut, aber Frühstück zu teuer

Für das Umfeld ganz gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für das Zimmer, da der Parkplatz kostenfrei war. Der Griff für das Badezimmer war lose und es gab Schimmel in der Dusche. Es hat aber beim Ausschecken keinen interessiert, wie mir der Aufenthalt gefallen. Das Frühstück dürfte aber gern günstiger sein oder aber die Qualität müsste massiv gesteigert werden.

Nachts bis 4 Uhr Party im Nebenzimmer. Der Herr an der Rezeption war völlig unkompetent. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit babybett gebucht. Allerdings hatte das Hotel kein babybett obwohl dies so auf der Website steht. Ansonsten recht modern eingerichtet und direkt an der Autobahn

Sehr nettes Personal, hatten ein Premium Familienzimmer. War sehr großzügig, modern und sauber. Liegt halt ein einem Gebiet mit ganz vielen Firmen, so dass dort abends kaum jemand rum läuft. Aber dafür war es ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber super. Alles da, was man braucht. Auch hier Personal sehr freundlich. Vor allem auch sehr kinderfreundlich.

Prix de l’hôtel .. 86€ sur hotel.com prix payé sur place 111€ !!! Aucuns détails sur la facture ! On vous explique pas le pourquoi du comment … juste payer et taisez vous ! Rien que pour ce détail je n’y retournerai plus.
