Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel, aber außerhalb des zentralen Citybereichs. Eindrucksvoll die beiden Hoteletagen im 9. und 10. Stockwerk mit Blick auf die City.

Zimmer sind für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Alles ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Kissen, Bettdecke und Mattratze sind alle gut. Im Zimmer gibt es sowohl normale Steckdosen, als auch USB Anschlüsse, man kann also auch auf einen eigenen USB Anschluss für's Handy verzichten. Frühstück morgens ist simpel, aber dafür gut. Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich.

Topp Personal, man könnte sagen ein Traum! Aber das betrifft leider nicht die Putzfrauen...mehrfacher Fremdhaar-fund (Bett, Wanne...) und Staub ...nach dem Handtuch ausschlagen war eine Schbeebedingte Evakuierung nötig...Wenn man sich aber morgens für's Frühstück in die Hände des "Bewirtungsteams" begeben hatte, wusste man fast nixht mehr was einen gestört hat... Renovieren und mehr putzen! Dann sicher der 7. Himmel

Auch wenn die Ausstattung nicht die neuste ist, ist die Sauberkeit sehr gut 👍 Der Guten Morgen Kaffee kann im 10.Stock auf der Dachterrasse mit einen super Ausblick genossen werden.

Inexpensive and adequate hotel

This hotel is nice, comfortable and well equipped. It is rather remote from the city centre. As I did not meet anybody in person I would have appreciated written information I the room on where breakfast was available, as well as clarity on when the reception is manned. A map of the city for guests would also have been welcome.

De passage sur Krefeld

Établissement sans climatisation, donc ouverture des fenêtre.... et là, c’est difficilement supportable. Le bruit de la rue est omniprésent. Bon petit déjeuner, accueil super .

The Hotel is only on floors 8 to 10. There is no restaurant for evening meal. The lift is small. However, the room was fine. The view from the breakfast room on floor 10 is great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel liegt im obersten Stock eines Hochhauses. Ausblick super, Fahrstuhl sehr klein und etwas langsam. Der Frühstücksbereich sowie Rezeption sind gut in Schuss. Das Stockwerk darunter mit den Zimmern: Flur ist in einem akzeptablen Zustand (halt alles etwas altbacken und Teppichboden). Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt echt in Ordnung. Man hat alles auf den Zimmern was man braucht. WLAN ist auch ok von der Geschwindigkeit. Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Das Parkhaus ist sehr klein und eng. Hatte das Glück auf einen freien Parkplatz. Neben mir stand zum Glück keiner, sonst währe es echt eng gewesen. Die Lage ist super. Direkt in der nähe (3 Min. zu Fuß) gibt es einen Aldi, Bäcker und DM.

Ein gutes Hotel für alle Gelegenheiten

Das Hotel ist in jeder Beziehung zu empfehlen. Das normal eingerichtete Zimmer ist sehr sauber, hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank und dichte Gardinen zum Verdunkeln in der Nacht. Der Straßenlärm war weniger angenehm, aber wenn man bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann, schläft man sehr gut. Hervorragend das Frühstücksbuffet! Der Raum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann das Frühstück richtig genießen.

Uncomfortable and poor hotel

This place is a joke. The hotel itself is old and dirty. The hotel is located on the 9-11th floor so you have to switch elevators at the 10th floor and the elevator is so tiny that you can hardly fit two people. The owner of the hotel, who sometimes passes his time hanging around the front desk, is unprofessional and arrogant. Unlike the owner the actual staff (in the restaurant in particular) was great. The whole thing needs a proper remodelling to bring it up to modern standards. It's kind of offending for Hotels customers that you would even post this place in your selection.
