No había toallas y se tardaron mas de medio día en llevarlas a pesar de que estuvimos hablándoles y hablándoles, lo cual fue pérdida de tiempo para nosotros, pues vamos con el tiempo contado para tours, visitas, etc. No proporcionaron tampoco jabones, lo cual mi duda es que estando en la pagina de ´hoteles.com´ se clasifica como hotel, y en los hoteles de todo tipo proporcionan jabón, shampoo, etc.

Nice place

We had a nice stay. 15 min walk from the old town. Clean place and very spacious. On arrival we had a million bags, a baby and a car seat. The lady who met us at the place didn’t come up to the apartment with us as she first stated when we called, and while holding a million heavy bags, a baby and all of his stuff, we had to stand there and listen to the instructions, pay for the cleaning fee and parking. Would’ve been nice if she came up with us, let us drop our things and then did all of that stuff. She also told us we couldn’t park out front and that we had to park with Her company. This was not true as we could’ve used the parking meter out in the front. This was NOT okay! There was also no extra toilet paper so we had to go out and buy some. No hand towels to wipe your hands or tea towels to dry the dishes with. Had these things been different, I would’ve rated the place a 5 star.

Luxus lejlighed i Krakow

Lejlighed var i perfekt stand. 2 værelses lejlighed. Stue med tv , køkken med køleskab og fryser samt opvaskemaskine. Dobbeltseng , Walk in closer, og badeværelse med når samt vaskemaskine. Stille og rolige omgivelser. Lejlighed på 5. Etage men med elevator. Område i gå afstand til Old Town square. Lille købmandsforretning lige om hjørnet. Gode muligheder for at nyde en kop latte på cafeer i området og ligeledes spise til rimelige penge. Et par minusser: lejligheden var rimelig kold , besøger ultimo september ( 18-21) og ikke muligt at tænde for radiator. Ligeledes badekar som er ok hvis man er ung og adræt , men som ældre +60 år kan det være et problem at komme ud fra og op i badekarret , ja til og med dårligt. Ville have været dejligt med en simpel bruser.Ellers et ophold og lejlighed det er værd at anbefale. På grund af badekaret og "kold" lejlighed kan jeg kun give 3 * men de er til gengæld store.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst place I`ve ever lived in. It was 38 degrees outside and no aircondition. It was no information about this on Hotels.com. And we could not open the windows at night because of the noice from the road and drunk people walking by. The appartment was on the first floor, so because of that it was gratings infront of the windows. And that`s of course nice, so you feel safe at night if you do open the window. But the gratings were controlled by a swich on the wall...what happens if it starts to burn and all off the electricity turns off and you can`t get out of the front door?! AND there were no fire alarms in the appartment!!! And not only that, but if you do live there in the summer, and it`s over 25 degrees outside, it feels like sleeping in a sauna, the air in the appartment was so warm and heavy it felt almost hard to breath. We called the management (there is no reception there), and told them that we had to either be moved to another appartment or get some portable aircondition. And if they could not get us this we would have to move to another hotel. They said they would bring us an aircondition. But they never came..and didn`t answer our calls either. In the evening we had to make a disicion if we wanted to stay another nigth there. But we decided to move.. the tought of being there one more night was not going to happen. After a couple of hours we finaly reach the hotel by phone, but they were not interested in helping us..and not even hotels.com

For dyr lejlighed og ikke luksus.

Lejligheden ligger tæt på den gamle bydel. Den er stor, men ikke luksuriøst indrettet (møbler fra Ikea). Rammerne er gode, men der er sparet på væsentlige områder: Kun 1 håndklæde pr. person til 5 dage, dobbeltdyne, som ikke kunne skiftes til 2 enkeltdyner, ingen ekstra toiletpapir, for lidt service i køkkenet. Af positive ting kan nævnes: Da vi bad om flere håndklæder og toiletpapir, fik vi det. Der er 2 toiletter. Morgenmad blev bragt til døren. Der er opvaskemaskine (2 tabs til 4 dage - husk ekstra tabs). Alt i alt en alt for dyr lejlighed og ikke luksus, som forventet.

No breakfast, stuck keys, and firm bed! Yikes!

Not an easy check-in. Several calls/emails asking our arrival time. At check-in, I asked about breakfast (should be included). The gal said it would be delivered between 830-930. Next morning, we see there is no breakfast. We call/email but no answer or response. Since we didn't get breakfast, we went to a grocery store and when we got back, the key that opens the main building door became stuck. We try but call the office for help. Finally someone picks up! They tell us we will have to pay for a locksmith! Uhh? We ask for someone to come take a look and the response is "so I can come down and do the same thing you are doing?" Umm well sure? I don't know, your guests need a little help. After about an hour, the guy comes down (took a few calls). He wasn't a jerk, luckily, but he did inform us that we could have used the intercom. We sat there wondering why the gal the night before told us we had to use the key to get into the main entrance, never mentioning the intercom. Weird...in the evening, I get an email saying there was a "system error" for the breakfast and since we were leaving too early the next day, we would miss out on breakfast again....no surprise! Overall, nice apartment, great location but a lot missing. Only two towels, not super clean (found a toothbrush stuck above a mirror and a few hairs in common areas), lots of missing light bulbs, extremely firm bed, and the staff has some work to do with their communication skills/how they interact with guests.

Bare ett håndkle på hver og det var ei dyne for to personer. (Venner) det var forlite.

Kiva viihtyisä huoneisto rauhallisella kadulla. Lyhyt matka ratikkapysäkille ja kävellen tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin vanhaan kaupunkiin ja juutalaiskortteleinin. Huoneistohotellissa ei respaa, joten avaimen saanti piti sopia etukäteen. Samoin lisäpeitto järjestyi soittamalla ( parisänky, jossa vain tuplapeitto). Keittiö hyvin varusteltu, vain paistinpannu puuttui.

Gorgeous apartment 5 min from square

Loved it and will book again only slight flaw was only 2 bath towels no hand/kitchen/bath mat other than that it was amazing
