Location excellent just a couple of blocks from main market square. We stayed here last year and they have made improvements that were noticeable. Will most definitely book again in the future. Very close to excellent dining options.

Wonderful apartments and a great team at Upstairs! For those considering a stay, it’s useful to know that they provide luggage storage (for example, before check-in), as well as free laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer. You’ll even find a laundry capsule in the room, and the staff kindly explain how everything works. The apartment itself was excellent: a comfortable bed with soft pillows, plenty of towels, toiletries, and tea-making facilities. The internet was reliable, and the location couldn’t be better — close to the train station and the old town square. There are several bars and a restaurant right downstairs, and a taxi pickup point is also nearby. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. Many thanks to the Upstairs team for making our stay so convenient and for providing such clear instructions!

Really efficient online check in, and the hotel was easy to find. It's an easy 15 min walk from Krakov Glowny railway station. The room was clean, with well equiped kitchenette and comfortable bed. I will stay at this hotel next time I visit Krakov. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Would Definitely Stay Again!

Would definitely stay again! The apartment was very compact, but its location and cleanliness more than make up for that. Although the main entrance was tricky to find (literally the random door with a code pad next to the bar), the small complex is secure and we felt safe. Communication with the hotel was good, and instructions (once we found the door) were very clear. On the whole we would definitely recommend a short stay here.

Fantastic apartment within the old city walls. Beautiful view of St. Mary’s towers from our 4th floor suite. Newly renovated and very clean. Perfect for our stay in krakow. Only a short walk to the old market and main squares. Also a short walk to the train and shopping mall.

Had an amazing stay at Saint Thomas Corner. The property is in the heart of the attractions and steps from shops, restaurants and cafes. The room was modern, bright and clean. The amenities like self service laundry facilities and luggage storage suited my needs perfectly. Even though the property does not have a manned front desk I was greeted by a staff member upon arrival who showed me where everything was (entry keypads, amenities, etc). I was also provided with a list of staff favourite restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Very beautiful location and room. All amenities needed. Room looked very modern. Easy instructions for keyless entry. It was just a bit hard to find the main door/gate it's not very well advertised with signage but it's right in-between a pub and restaurant. Elevator access and street view was beautiful. Close to main market and other dining and shops. Great place.

Clean and comfortable. The room had a small sink and two burner stove. The bathroom had a good amount of space. The street gets a little noisy at night with kids down below, but only bothersome if the window is open, which we loved having open, so we just dealt with it. Noise usually died down by midnight or soon after. It would be helpful if the property sent you a picture of the front of the building prior to self check-in. The picture of the corner is not an accurate representation of where you enter.

Very central location. Well equipped apartment.Everything in it worked. Beds were comfortable. The building lift didn't work for the first couple of days of our stay. We used WhatsApp to communicate with the property company. They were very responsive. The shower stall design wasn't great. The glass door was one of those that only went halfway across so the floor flooded a bit. Couldn't avoid it. We loved having a refrigerator. We'd stay there again! Overall, we'd highly recommend it.

The fotos do not reflect the actual size of the rooms ours was a bit small although the bed was very comfortable on the negative side the drains in the bathroom did have a bad smell. The location was great right in the centre altogether we had a great time
