It fulfils it's purpose as a hostel. It is located very centraly. Beds are ok to sleep on. The linen is a bit small and unfitting for the mattress and they had some minor dust fluff on them. The wifi speed is very good.

The property was spacious and the linens were clean. However, the apartment was freezing. When I asked about the heat, I was told that the heat is turned off mid- April. It was about 2°C in the evening, so we were cold all night. Also, there was a washing machine, but no dryer.

The check-in was confusing, and the guy at the front desk just told me "your room is X and the key is on the bed, to check out, bring your bed linen and leave the key at the front desk" and that was all the communications I had w/ the front desk during my whole stay (6 days), actually I barely crossed paths with them. So I guess if you plan get some support or advice for/around the city, you can't expect it from the front desk Despite that, the stay was nice, clean, no weird smells and quiet, so good place for a rest, specially if you just need the hostel as a place to sleep. Must say is not very well illuminated, the aura is kind of dark but enough to not reach the creepy-unsecure line. The bed was comfy enough and the linen was clean, you keep the key with you as it was the one of your own place and the front door works with a pincode that changes at least once a week and they send you an email with the new code.

There is no heating in the rooms

The room is cold and there is no heating. It’s only available in the common areas. The rooms are not ventilated and the cleaning is superficial.

Thin walls, lazy staff

Staff is so lazy they don't even put sheets on the bed for you. I've never been to a hotel or hostel where you put the sheets on the bed yourself and there's no room service to remove sheets from your room. I had a private room, and the walls were so thin that I was woken up twice at 3am by the neighbor's alarm

I have booked the apartment Upon check in it was all self check in I didn’t like this where was the human to human interaction. They personal was the but not good morning or good day. We wanted to check in early which was 25zl price was ok. Around £5 and better for us we didn’t have to walk around with our things. I have called and ask some questions on the day of arrival around 9 am given the name been given all the explanation. He was thinking I have booked a room in the hostel I have informed him it’s not true I’ve booked a private bathroom and kitchen which he then told me it’s an apartment funny enough not in the same building and 10 mins walk from where we were. The apartment itself was cold no one put heating on.there was only 2 towels provided free of charge however there was 3 of us arriving. No hand towel was provided.overall the his was my first time with (hostels and apartments) next time for sure I will be staying in the hotel as I find this for myself an unappealing experience

Vi leide et sentralt plassert rom i Krakow. Rommet var romslig og soveplass til 4 mennesker pluss eventuelt en liten person på sofa. Det var en støtteplanke som var løs i bunnen av den ene senga og det var litt ukomfortabelt og stressende, men ellers var oppholdet bra og rommet holdt moderne og høy standard i forhold til prisen. Anbefales.

Vi har været på ferie i en uge og i forhold til standarden, har det været ok. Det er smart med selfservice. Det er dog en ulempe, når der er selfservice, da man ikke har nogen kontrol over hvem der sover på stedet, som har betalt. Vi fik oplevelsen af at tilfældige mennesker kom for at sove på en sofa i gangen uden betaling, og indtrykket af stedet var at det var et herberg fremfor et hostel. Morgenmaden var ok og personalet var som regel meget hjælpsom. Hvis man ikke er for komfortabel og bare skal have et sted at sove, er dette en god og billig løsning.

Barulhento demais!

Nao indico!!! Extremamente barulhento, fiquei no terreo e era o tempo todo passando gente, fazendo barulho, paredes finas, dava pra ouvir tubo! As fotos do quarto e a descrição não foi clara, achei que tinha banheiro e tive que compartilhar. O café da manhã era pra ser entregue, ai mudou o horário do passeio, tive que sair sem café. E o pior de tudo, dizia ser recepção 24h mas nao é. Precisei da recepção e nao pude ser atendida. Nao gostei!!!
