Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable We had troublevusing the washing machine, it wouldnt spin the clothes and everything was dripping wet. Host tried to help but we still struggled. We couldn't get the tv working either, which was disappointing, once again the host tried to help but we didn't succeed

Mieszkanie było wygodne, dzięki klimatyzacji, i sprawnie umeblowane i zaprojektowane. The apartment was clean, comfortably air-conditioned - a necessity on the top floor! - and very efficiently furnished and designed. Airy & sunny, yet total privacy with upward-facing dormer windows. No view, but tops of trees in park across the street were visible. Washing machine, iron and drying rack in the unit itself were a big plus. Shower stall had a door, so no flooding onto the bathroom floor. Great location, just a block away from the train/bus station and Galeria super-mall, including Carrefour supermarket. Minor issue that I couldn’t get towel rack heat to turn on. Only real drawback is that it’s a 4th floor walkup, no elevator, making arrival with heavy luggage rough, but that’s normal for Europe, and good value for the price.

Just arrived back home from our stay in Krakow. Booked City Lights apartment for my son and I as a base to see the sights. Communication was clear and punctual. Easy to understand and felt confident we'd chosen well before we'd even flew. We arrived in the early hours and managed to get into the property swiftly and with ease. The apartment was beyond expectations. Very clean and the beds (even the sofa bed) was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and everything worked as it should. The kitchen area had more than we needed with extra touches of plenty of tea bags, coffee and coffee filters. Aircon worked well too. As a mum and her teenage son going alone, we felt very safe. The apartment is located pretty much next to the train and bus station. There is also a taxi rank. There is a short walk to the biggest shopping centre I have ever seen and then a slightly further walk to the Old Town. I would say that it would be ideal for anyone wanting to stay in Krakow and want to be fairly near everything! There are about 4 convenience stores in the vicinity too. I cannot fault it.
We were on the top floor (no lift) but not a problem for us. Felt very safe. Didn't use the telly.
Kitchen area well stocked with all things you would need inc. 2 coffee machines, fridge, oven, microwave, utensils etc
Lovely location
Sofa. Bed. Opens out or it's big enough to sleep if there's just one of you with room to spare. Very comfortable even for a sofa bed.

The apartment is good. All the necessary facilities (i.e. cookware, dishes, speedy WiFi) are there. You can cook whenever you want. Self check in instructions is clean and easy. The only bad comment is that there is stain on the sofa, it made the sofa looks dirty.

Det er nu anden gang vi booker denne lejlighed, og den er bare fantastisk for os. Den er dog mere slidt nu end den var, for 3-4 år siden da vi var der første gang. Lidt revner i væggene, nogle lamper hvor pæren er sprunget, og sengen der er slidt. Men den har alt hvad man har brug for og lidt til. Der er både elkedel og kaffemaskine og et køleskab med lille fryseplads. Supermarked og banegård lige om hjørnet. Vi har allerede talt om at vi skal afsted igen og det er igen i denne lejlighed fordi den ligger ideelt for os der kommer med fly og har alt hvad vi behøver.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Design was very nice looking and room had good quality shower and bed. Location was near bus station so it was easy to leave and arrive. Neighbourhood was very quiet and walking distance to old town.

Close to the centre, few minutes walk from the train station. Quick reply from Alex re queries and when we had an issue with the toilet. Difficult to navigate from the train station - perhaps a map/directions should be provided!!

Quiet location close to the railway and bus station. Only a short walk to a good supermarket in the large shopping mall. Spacious warm apartment with a good living area and comfortable bedrooms.

Information prior to arrival was very detailed and we had no problem in locating our apartment. Upon arrival the apartment was spacious, clean and inviting. We found the bed to be very squeaky with the slightest of movement and it also had an awkward slope. The shower had drainage problems however after speaking to the owner both our problems were quickly rectified and the communication throughout was excellent. The apartment has good amenities and is located approximately a 10 minutes walk to the main square and a 2 minute walk to the local train station where there is also a small supermarket. Despite a few problems this was put right quickly. Overall a fantastic stay with a good location, would definitely return!

집은 넓고 침구가 쾌적했습니다. 버스정류장이 가까이 있어서 좋았고 치안은 너무 늦게만 돌아다니지 않는다면 괜찮은것 같습니다. 주방도구도 갖춰져있고 에어컨이 있어서 시원했어요. 단점은 4층이어서 캐리어 들고다니기 힘들었던 점뿐입니다!
