Good location for the market and old town.

Hotel is in a good location for the Christmas markets, the castle, the old town, riverside, main train station, tram stops and 10 minutes from an excellent shopping mall. Have stayed here before so knew what to expect, rooms are comfortable, check in and out was faultless, staff are friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Perfect hotel for Old Town Krakow

Really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a great location, just 15 minute walk from the main train station and less than 10 minutes to the market square.

The hotel was in a good location for us, Very close to the town square, castle and the pick-up for our Auschwitz tour. It was quiet throughout the night, and served a very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The location of the property is great with convenient parker. Remember, that you need to call in advance to reserve a parking spot for yourself. The overall design of the inside of the property is interesting. The lighting was very bright inside the room & the hallways. and the AC unit didn't work. But other than that, it was an easy and convenient place to stay in Krakow.

This area has it all. The best Western offers a free buffet breakfast in the morning, that allows for eating and heading off to your adventure. The best western hotel is really walkable to so many areas in city center and near the old Jewish quarter. Also, the train runs right in front of the hotel. Everything is so easily accessible. The staff is helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel ♥️
