The pillow provided by the hostel wasn't so comfortable. The interior was a little bit old, but the service is economical given the cheap rent. To conclude, it is still a good choice for a cheap travel.

便宜但是還不錯

一開始從巴士還是火車站過來資訊很不足，旅館只說可以搭什麼火車到沒說火車站在哪裡，結果繞好遠才找到。門不是很好開，常常卡卡的，房間每個床位都有自己的燈滿好的，房間也可以直接上網，而且床鋪很舒服。客廳的沙發很舒服可是沒暖氣。

Obs Bed bugs!!

It needs an uppgrade, it’s not clean. It’s dirt under the bed and in the corners. They have bed bugs..! The straff was nice. The toilets was clean, but it smelled.

Got a rash after sitting on the filthy couch

This place is pretty run down and old. The kitchen and bathrooms are old, rundown and have lots of damage and mold. The couches in the lounge are filthy, and after having my skin touch one of them I had a rash from it. This is definitely not a place I would stay at again. Wifi was okay, a bit spotty at times and did not work in the room at all. Pay a little bit more and go elsewhere in town to stay.

立地的にも観光しやすいです。 清潔面はこの値段を考えると良いと思います。私は23kgほどの重たい荷物を持っていたのでホステルまでの移動と階段がしんどかったのですが、バス停や電車の駅からUberなどを使うと何も問題はありません。スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです！

Es un lugar deplorable, las camas, baños e instalaciones en general muy sucias. Olía mucho a orines, mugre y no separan cuartos para hombres y mujeres. Da miedo hospedarse ahí, nada que ver con lo expuesto en las fotos.

Pros: central location cons: the photos are not an accurate representation of the hostel. The hostel is very old, the inside of it is creepy, the bunk beds are 3 beds rather than 2. The breakfast area offerings are questionable. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable being in this hostel. I would rather pay more elsewhere.

the best receptionist is Kasia

I arrived at the hostel so early, but the receptionist(her name is Kasia) helped me to get into my room immediately. her attitude was so kind and I could travel Krakow very well thanks to her. On the last day, she kept my bags, so I also enjoy my trip!

DON'T COME! WORST HOSTEL EVER

This hostel is the worst experience I ever had. The build is old, really old. I think the outside area was never cleaned, Luke since the building was constructed. The reception area (and the rooms) smells really bad. The bathrooms are the worst I ever seen: dirty all time, the drain was clogged (in all the showers!!) making the dirty water become a "pool". The internet is sh*t. Never works. The sheets in the bed seems dirty and I found a bugbed. there are NO RULES, people were falling drunk in the kitchen and no one did anything! I think it's a crime to rate this garbage as 8.8. It deserves a maximum of a 3 or 4. If the health inspection doesn't close it before.

Bit complicated relationship with the staff.

My experience started a bit complicated, the clerk who greeted us and checked us in, was very rude and without patience when we asked to pay the hostel on the credit card because we did not have the money in the local currency, she said no, no accepted payment on card, and on the site told me that I could pay by card. Not enough of that, we asked to pay in Euro, she said it could be, but if we had the exact amount, since she would not give change. All this in a very crude and ironic way. I've never been there, and I've been staying quite often in hotels and hostels, and this was certainly my worst customer service experience. My luck is that I knew how to communicate in English, because through these problems, I do not know if a person who does not speak the local language, or even English, how would it happen. Bad service, but I emphasize that only the attendant, the rest of the staff were friendly and polite, only this woman who, in my view, does not serve to work in relationship with people, especially in a place where people from all over the world go.

Best choice for lowest price and good location.

The price was the best thing about this hostel. So if you want something cheap, then this is great because of its location, which is the best thing about it. Also, with only 8 beds per room, it is better than some other hostels. The noise level outside the hostel was very high. The breakfast was only very simple, but it was nice that it was included in the price. The staff was very friendly. So the best two things were price and location. The worst things were noise level outside and the interior of the hostel was just average. Sometimes I had to wait for a bathroom to be available. I would stay there again if I was trying to save money, but I might also choose to pay a little bit more for a little bit nicer place.

Cheap and good!

In a walking distance from the most important places in Krakow. Safe area, minimarkets close by, restaurants. The breakfast was good, very clean, nice kitchen. People at the reception wasn’t very friendly but perhaps just not in the mood.

El peor hostel en el que he estado ( rechaze mi reserva al entrar, pues no era las condiciones que yo habia contratado ), viejo en malas condiciones , sucio olia mal . Recepcion ni levanto la cabeza para atendernos? Al pedirle donde dejar las maletas me señalo un cuarto que al abrir se desparramaron todas las maletas , recepcionista ni se inmuto.TODAS LAS OPNIONES POSITIVAS SON UN FAKE. Flaco favor se hace al sistema mintiendo para que otros viajeros caigan en el mismo error.

安いなりです。

安いなりです。スタッフも当たり外れがあるでしょうし、自分の娘より若い十五、六の子供にいちいち目くじらをたてるつもりもありません。 一つ言えば、ゲートの開け方が分かりずらい。駅から歩いて来てやっとついたかと思ったら開かない。ブザーを鳴らしても返事もなし。不安は募る一方。
