The room was clean, spacious and serviced every day. It provided good value accommodation and was ideally located around five minutes from the station. There is a tram stop outside and a short walk through the park and you can get to shops, bars and restaurants. It doesn't have a lift and so bear this in mind when booking. I would stay here again.

It was a two minute walk from Old Town and two minutes from Train to airport. Felt very safe as well. The man at the desk was super helpful when I was trying to order an uber. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was clean staff were okay Didnt say a lot They dont advertise the stairs we were not happy as they have 90 steps going up 90 going down we were exhasted after the stairs especially my husband as he carried the 2 cases up down which was terribble for him he was out of breath Hotel never mentioned the 90 steps as i counted then awfull

Hotel is in a great location with a tram/bus station outside (can be noisy sometimes) and just a short walk from the old town and local mall. The beds/pillows aren’t the most comfortable and it took me a while to fall asleep on them.

The hotel is close to the main station and to the main square. The room was spacious and airy. Bed is comfortable, however the pillow is pretty much non existent. The shower hose leaked and with the water pressure being low already its pretty hard to have a decent shower.

There was a man passed out across the window on the ground and which was alarming. Overall, close to train station and good price for 1 night.

The location was perfect for walking to the local attractions & particularly convenient for me arriving by train. Despite the central location it was quiet. Room was very clean & spacious. A comfortable arm chair would have been appreciated, as would accessibility to more English speaking tv channels - there was only BBC news being repeated. Eurosport would be good. Slight problem in the shower as the water was very slow to drain away. Unfortunately the main drawback was the lack of a lift - not to save me walking- it was very arduous to heave a 20kg suitcase up 64 stone steps, one at a time. I saw other guests struggling with their luggage on the stairs during my stay. There must be space for a small shaft somewhere in that large building. This is the only feature which might deter me from staying there again. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much.

Spacious, good quality room with traditional, great quality furnishings, high ceiling and parquet floor (lovely!). The hotel reception is int he building next door, but the environment is very warm and welcoming. Only thing preventing 5 stars is the check out experience was very abrupt and rushed feeling.

My only comment is that the room was up some 50 stairs and that was hard on my old bones. Aside from that the stay was lovely
