"Amazing town. The property offers the summer card which was simply amazing for Schladming and the surrounding areas. The card offers great attractions and free bus services around the area and is an absolute game changer! The property itself is a classic nice Austrian style apartment/hotel and is an absolute 10/10. "Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Umgebung mit Bergbahnen, aussichtsreichen Wanderungen und Unternehmungen super vielfältig. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Traum. Die Wanderungen mit Barbara absolut zu empfehlen, man lernt viel über die Region. Zum Abschied gab es sogar Wasser, Äpfel und einen kleinen Laib Brot. Vielen Dank für diese erholsame Zeit! "

"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

"We have arrived 9.30 pm and still there were someone to greet us and passed us the key it was clean tidy room with clean sheets and many pullows and quilts clean bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with everything you needed all inclusive over all we had a good night sleep and a full stomach in the morning will stay there again. "

"Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "
