On behalf of resort we so sorry for any inconvenience you may have. We thank you for your feedback and we have taken your note of improvement into consideration. I would like to inform that we happy to service free shuttle bus one for arrival guest from Island pier or another place to hotel at time between10.30- 16.30 hrs. please visit schedule at hotel website and we ask request in advance at least 1 night before the day of arrival that we could set schedule for next day, in case you have late request that we may could not confirm. and one drop off trip for inhouse guest from hotel at 11.30 hrs. to beach, market or village, we not drive direct to pier for departure trip we have no service to pier, we recommend use shuttle bus service that already include in ticket, in case online ticket or you want private transfer, taxi is available with reasonable price. Your comments have been seriously taken into consideration for improvement. As with the motorbike, we are very sorry that you have to pay a lot more than what we have informed you the day of your rental. Before we have release the motorbike to the guest, everything will be informed starting on how to operate the motorbike to the gas and if in case you will have a flat tire on the way. Since the island is very busy, people may have tend to make a living out from the foreign people visiting the Island. The resort's motorbike is very well kept and maintain because only the guest from the resort are allowed to rent this bikes. And guest do have the opportunity to choose which motorbike they would like to have during the renta, in which if the bike was not ok, the guest can choose and change the motorbike as they prefer. We would like to apologize with the inconvenience that you encountered during your stay. We have already taken into action and investigation about what has happened in your room. We just want to explain that there is a signage given and instructed to all of the guest wether or not they would like to have their room cleaned, in which in case the guest have forgotten to flip the make up the room sign, our housekeeping will not enter the room to clean but insted leave water and new towels right next to the guest door for refilling the amenities. We apologize if we have bypassed your room for cleaning. As for the tours, we again apologize for the inconvenience. Normally, we only follow what the guest have chosen which company their going for a trip. In which we call the company for the guest and book base on the brochure they have given in the resort. In case you did not enjoy the trip, you can inform the reception to check what has happened with the trip why in turns out to be unenjoyable for the guest.
