The room was very nice and clean, beautiful pool area, restaurant was delicious and friendly staff. We had a big bug in our room and the sink was clogged upon arrival, these issues were resolved quickly. On our last night we returned to the room arround 5pm only to find the toilet had overflown and we had sewage water all over the bathroom. It smelled terrible. We called the lobby, they sent someone to look. We spoke to the staff in the lobby who said they can work on it while we're out. We had to use the pool outdoor shower to quickly get ready to leave. To our surprised when we returned to our room around 11pm the toilet was not fixed, the bathroo was not cleaned. They just put a towel over the toilet. No communication from staff about what was happening. We called to ask for an update, they told us there's nothing they can do and we would have to sleep in that room with no working bathroom, but they can bring us to the bathroom in the lobby when needed. They offered us a small refund to stay in that room which we declined. After speaking with staff again, a staff member came to our door and offered us a room next door but only to use the bathroom for the night, we couldn't stay there. We declined that offer and invited her in to see and smell the mess in the bathroom. She took pictures and the offered us the room next door for the night. By this time it was midnight, we packed our stuff and moved next door for the night. Terrible experience for our last night in Krabi.
