Efficiently located, quick checkin and checkout, room actually quite spacious. Located right in front of some of the noisiest bars in Ao Nang, but luckily our room was exposed to the side of the street instead of the front. Bedroom interior looks extremely tired, and the bathroom is tragic. No drinking water. But hey, the price wasn’t too bad, and we stayed there just for a quick rest. Still a decent deal.

We had a good few nights stay here, the rooms were to a good standard, swimming pool was nice and the location is perfect. Only slight issue was the noise coming from the bar across the road but this didn’t effect our sleep. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

The location of the hotel is good for easy walking to most everything you want in Ao Nang. It’s a little noisy on the street with bars having live music across the street until late. It is not a quiet, restful, all inclusive resort. The property is a little dated but in reasonable condition. All in all a good affordable hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunset. Staff are lovely and very friendly.. It’s great value for the money and close to everything. Don’t bother with the breakfast. It’s run by the restaurant next door and they are not interested. I did point that out to the Sunset staff that they were letting them down and it did improve somewhat. The Sunset staff even bought fruit to the room one morning when my wife wasn’t feeling well.

A decent stay with minor inconveniences.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be perfectly fine. The central location is convenient, though it comes with expected city noise – something I was aware of when booking. The small yet pleasant pool was a nice addition, but the rooms were disappointingly responsive. I could hear noises from the neighboring room and corridors, as well as outside disturbances, more than I would have preferred. The major drawback still was the subpar wireless network, which fell short of expectations. I ended up relying on my smartphone's hotspot for the majority of my stay, which was inconvenient. Overall, a decent stay with some minor inconveniences.

"The hotel is very well located. At first, they gave me a room on the third floor that disappointed me - it smelled too much of humidity, the air conditioning didn't work, and the window faced a street with a lot of trash, that's the least of it. We went to reception and very kindly, without any problem, they changed our room to one on the first floor with a view of the pool and with working air conditioning. The problem was that there was no hot water, we went to reception again and they fixed it, but every time we wanted to take a shower, we had to call or go to reception, and it was very uncomfortable because, obviously, at the beach, you shower at least twice, apart from the fact that on one occasion we had to shower with cold water because we would miss the tour if we waited for the plumber. I must emphasize that we never received a bad face or attitude. But we were already embarrassed to keep going. Until the last day, we had that problem, and it wasn't until that day that they thought of giving us a key to another room so we could shower. The first time we went down to breakfast at 8, according to the buffet, it opens at 7:30, and basically, there was almost nothing left, and it was cold. The other days, there was no buffet; they brought us breakfast to the table, which was much better. But even so, I must highlight, as I mentioned, that their customer service was very good."

I am very satisfied with my recent stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again the next time I visit Ao Nang. Everything was excellent, but I would especially like to highlight: The staff: Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The cleanliness: The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The pool area: A wonderful and relaxing place to spend time. The location: Perfect and very convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ao Nang!

La chambre était plutôt correcte, propre, spacieuse, manque tout de même de rangements armoire, le fait aussi que nous ayons eu une chambre à l'avant juste derrière le restaurant, a fait que l'on avait le bruit de le grosse hotte et aussi le bar en face qui joue et chante très fort jusqu'à 2h du matin...je n'ai pas aimé le petit déjeuner qui se fait dans le restaurant à côté, j'ai un doute sur la propreté..donc pax
