Good location & the bathroom is pretty spacious compared to most of the other guesthouse in HK. The service rendered was indeed a great disappointment , a not so polite receptionist was not so helpful. Late checking - in is not encouraged, Only till 9.00 pm. We were thankful for them to call us.Anyway it was a pleasant stay with a strategic location & a clean room. Thank you.

預期外的好

房間和浴室意外的乾淨和大 有公共冰箱和水可以用 反應了前幾天Wifi不穩的問題有明確的處理 不過要自備牙刷和毛巾之類 附近的飲食消費比港島便宜很多

宿泊前日にホテルの人から突然LINEが来ました。「何時にホテルに到着するか。」「あなたが予約したのは、最後の一部屋だから、シャワーとトイレは部屋の外にある。」という内容でした。「私が予約したのはシャワートイレ付きのダブルルームだ。ネット予約時にそう書いてあった。」というと、シャワートイレ付きの部屋を用意できるとのこと。用意できるならなんでそんなこと言うのだろう？ 　チェックイン時間も、ネット予約時には11時までで、エクスペディアで予約をすると12時までokとあるのに、「最終チェックインは10時までだ。」と言う。エクスペディアのバウチャーに写真を送ると「すみませんが、なるべく早くチェックインしてください。」と言われました。 結局すべてがホテルの都合・・・。 　実際には予約した通りの部屋を用意されていましたし、設備や清掃も行きとどいていたので結果的には良かったです。フロントに人がいないことが多いので、用事がある場合はなるべく早く言った方がいいです。ドライヤーも用意されていますが、廊下に供用のがあり取り外せないようになっているので、それが嫌な場合は自分でドライヤーを準備することをお勧めします。供用のウォーターサーバーがあります。 　ホテルの場所はとても便利です。近くに24時間スーパーもあるし、2つの駅も利用可能、空港から、空港までのバスも近くにあります。騒音ですが、ビル自体は静かでした。ネイザンロードの車の音も、防音窓のため大分緩和されます。セキュリティティーもOK。 総合的には大満足です！また泊まります！

An overall less than pleaseant stay for the price

Extended for one night as I was not feeling well, made the booking online and called the Reception to inform them that I have extended my stay for one more additional night. I was promptly informed that I would not be able to stay in the same room and had to check out and go to another building where another room was "prepared" for me. The new room was not very clean and lacked basic amenities such as toilet paper, toiletries or a kettle.

Near MRT and shopping street

The hostel is near MRT exit A1 and B1. The rooms has air con ,water heater. The hair dryer and hot & cool water dispencer is at the center. The location is near the shopping street. The lift at the building are rather old but still ok. The staff is very nice. She sent me the information how to go to hostel that’s very useful for me.

工作人員無禮

工作人員非常之無禮貌，態度差劣，替友人訂了兩間房，但不在同一大廈內，極之不便。房間太小，尚箅整潔，而地點很方便，價位屬平，但要人受氣的話，我情願找過第二間。

Tiny and budget hostel

Owners should inform their guests, in which floor is this hostel, because it is very hard to find. Floor 13, by the way :) Room is unbelivable small, but everything is clean. Good wifi. Towels was not in the room

도착하니 방이 찼다고 인근 숙소로 소개해 주었습니다. 다행히 소개받아 간곳은 나쁘지는 않았고 교통도 편리했습니다. 하지만 예약관리가 잘 안하는곳인가 하는 생각이 들더군요.

They should close this place.

We were so frustrated that we had to leave and find other place to stay. To bad that we paid in advance. Bathroom was mouldy, very dirty, no fresh towels, room was filthy, warn out, smelly, A/C was leaking... We do understand that we didn't pay much, but at least they should clean the room time to time.Better stay away from this hostel.

ce monsieur nous a reclame une caution pour nous remettre les cles d une chambre que nous avions deja payes. de plus la chambre est plus un cagibi qu une chambre d hotel ou il n est pas possible de faire deux pas. Ce monsieur ne parle pas un mot d anglais et appele les policiers pour nous mettre dehors a 11h20,apres nous avoir reveille a 11h pour nous demander de partir. ここは だめだ。

同じ階に (受付は香港の13階だったかな。でも、部屋は香港式2階になって、)同じ階にはカラオケとお姉さんがサービスされる、 バーみたいなのがあり、歌がはじまると寝られない。夜中、下水の臭いに息苦しくなりめが覚めた。が、部屋を変えてもらうのに1時間をスタッフどうしのけんかで、邪魔されオーナーが来たら、+50$でどう？と、言われる始末。寝るだけのために滞在したが、寝ることもままならない。

This hotel is very good, we do not know the way, they have made guidance to us. During we stay they service us warmly, very .After stay, we feel the place was very clean and quiet,it very good to give them 100 points!

Nice owner of the hotel, Mr. Lee

On late night of my last day before I was taking flight back to my country, I forgot my Tablet in the bedroom. Unfortunately, this hostel has a main gate which can be passed only their guests. the guest will be provided the main gate's key for entering the hostel at night because the owners of the hostel will not stay there 24 hours, they will go back to their home nearby the hostel at night. As my accident, I already checked out and gave hostel's key back to owners. So I could not go inside it again. Luckily there is a local phone for the guests, then I try to call them because it was already midnight, they went back and nobody was in the main room to open the main gate for me. They picked up the phone and they said they will come to open soon. After that I waited for 20 minutes, he, Mr. Lee came tiredly seem like he was running for a long way. So I was so impressed for his action and help. Even thought physically his face looks aggressive and he cannot speak English, but he is very helpful. He tried to help us whatever we asked for. So finally he open the main gate and my bedroom. Then I got my Tablet back and cough my flight on time on that night. I would like to say I was very appreciated.
