便宜的自住宅

很便宜，所以要求不過，適合只想有地方可以睡覺的人。賓館位於重慶大廈裡面，重慶大廈環境不是很好，裡面有很多棟，所以要找一下，附近有很多其他人出沒。賓館的接帶人員說英文。優點：便宜、離地鐵站很近、wi-fi穩定、床算好睡、冷氣很冷。缺點：房間空間狹小、隔音差、只有肥皂，沒有其他的盥洗用品、吹風機要另外要求、雖然每天都有打掃但枕頭套和床套都有黃斑，沒有更換。

訂的是加拿大人但等現場卻被帶到另一間旅店（sands guesthouse),冷氣很骯髒，ㄧ打開就會有灰塵飄到床上，被子床單枕頭感覺都沒清洗乾淨。

短時間停留住宿或背包客較合適

我住兩天,但兩天都不是被安排在原本預訂的加拿大人賓館,而是他們的關係企業(其他棟或同棟的其他房間),而且兩天都不同房間。因為他們是不同旅館但統一都在Block E 的3樓報到,再告知去哪棟住。旅館要調度前並未事前告知,我覺得應該是我原本訂的房間被轉售給其他旅客。重慶大樓挺複雜,一樓有一堆餐館及一堆人進出,同樓層也有餐館,優點是離地鐵站非常近,且房間打掃的很乾淨,接待人員是印度人,但都很友善客氣,日租金也很便宜。如果是家庭或單身女性獨自入住,建議多加考慮。

Extremely convenience location, basic facilities.

It is a hostel operated by a company that running many hostels in the same building, they may issue you a room in any one of their hotels but it didn't matter to me. The building is located in the heart of the Tourist & Commercialarea with extremely convenience public transport of all kinds. Room is clean but very small (it is expected as the Land is extremely expensive in Hong Kong); bed is ok and facilities is very basic; their charge is fair (relative to the location). we feel ok for the overall condition.

樓下就是尖沙咀地鐵算方便

重慶大廈人種太多比較複雜，中東人幫物主管理賓館，語言溝通不良，早出晚歸只睡覺省錢還可以，但是訂房跟實際入住的賓館，通常到場會有變化！感覺管理的人大部份都互相認識，房間調換來調換去的，ABCDEFG棟跑來跑去的，浪費很多時間～如果不是早上可以到現場入住，應該房間都只剩下現場攬客剩下的空房

Not bad.

After walking through the entrance to the lift, I didn't have too much expectation. But once you finally got into the room, it's neat and tidy, renovated room, so it feels better. But can't expect TOO much with that price. One of the bed sheet wasn't as clean as it is....and can see it quite obviously.

I booked canadian hotel but actually became to Shanghai hostel , canadian had not room , whydid you not tell me ?,room was narrow, difficult to bath TV can not watch, photo which you advertise , did not same , My family very disappoint. But had a few good point which was near star ferry pier, clock tower and MTR.

I would go back

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The check-in was quick and the checkout was quicker. There was an issue at first with the wifi but it was fixed later. They provided drinking water and hot water. At least you can have an instant coffee in morning before leaving.

TOTALLY TINY SPACE

The room was so tiny that with 4 adults we’re tripping on each other. Forget it if u have a medium size luggage. Even with us just having carry ons you end up putting ur stuff on top of the bed. The bathroom is so tiny that you can do ur business, brush ur teeth, and shower all at the same time. The space between each bed is about a foot so you can’t even walk to the side of the bed if someone is there. You just have to get in and out from the foot of one of the beds and on the side of the other bed. The whole are is below living standard and forget about using the elevators. Very pricey for $190/day. The only saving grace is ur right at the heart for shopping and near the ferry.

Don't stay here.

It was great at first clean room then the sink over flowed. I didn't know if it was sewage or not. It took them 12 hrs to respond and then another day to give me a room. The room they gave me didn't have a working TV. I was going to stay another day until that happened.

Dank, rank, stank

The room was gross. There were bugs on the bed and the whole room was wet, including the bed and bedding. We have stayed in some inexpensive places all over, including Vietnam, Indonesia and Ecuador, but this is hands down the worst. Under unforseen time constraints we accepted the room but we found a different place to sleep. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars and finding a decent place. As with all hostels, make sure you check the room before you pay. Also the check in is on the third floor, so don't waste 10 mins waiting for the fireman's elevator because you went straight to the seventh floor where the hostel is.
