「Unfortunately, most of the staff members were not particularly friendly or welcoming, especially on our arrival day. The overall atmosphere often felt cold rather than hospitable. In particular, the blonde spa manager came across as arrogant and dismissive. She rarely acknowledged guests, did not greet people, and often avoided eye contact, which is disappointing in a hospitality setting where guests expect a warm welcome.」
