「Inside decoration grand and gorgeous. Staff very warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Convenient location at entrance of Kotor old town. Bathroom a bit small and old.」

「Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould. I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom. Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes...

「Well located in the old town.」

「Great location, helpful and friendly staff.」

「All is good except noisy from the other rooms and street.」

「I would rate this hotel as about a 1 1/2 star hotel, and the room that I had was one that had issues with the heating system. The overall field is that it was in need of a good scrub down also. It wasn’t a good location though, and the staff was helpful.」

「Hmmm So I arrived ending of October during an off peak season. The staff were nice and cordial. But the stairs were dirty. The pool was dirty. The jacuzzi as well was extremely dirty. The room was good, okay . The ac had a very dirty smell when put Above 20degree celcius. This place is best for if you drive. If you don’t drive , getting a taxi to and fro would be extremely expensive . It’s very far from the city centre or any shop atal. They don’t provide breakfast on Sunday which is wild as...

「The contact via WhatsApp was efficient and helpful in making sure you made it into town. The unit was quaint and convenient, right inside the old town walls.」

「Excelente localização! Apartamento lindamente decorado e em perfeito estado. Limpo, com tudo funcionando,uito.espaçoso. A comunicação foi ótima. Passamos dias muito agradáveis em Kotor!」

「服務人員友善」

「Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The...

「This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...

「Aparrment was clean, staff was very help, it was nice to have a coffee maker and great location, we will definitely stay there again.」

「Overall fantastic stay, super welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were large and well maintained + had amazing views of the bay. It rained one of our days so took advantage of the spa and semi-outdoor pool. Food was great, especially the included breakfast. We had an issue with our shower which was fixed promptly and they had made us a little breakfast bag to go to the airport. It’s roughly a 10 min walk down hill to the bay, but maybe not the nicest locations but appeared quite safe.」

「Had an amazing stay! I was on crutches after an operation, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and accessible stay. Would 100% recommend!」
