「The actual room is very nice. Getting there is the negative. The agency is nearly impossible to find. The address is no help as they really don’t use address in the old town. The location on Expedia is wrong. The agency will send you a GPS location. Be sure to use that!! When you get to that location be sure to go upstairs in the apartment building to find the office. The unit itself is up many stairs. The first flight is up very dirty medieval stairs filled with cigarette butts and...

「We were excited to stay here because the building is beautiful and the rooms looked spacious in the photos. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Check-in was fine, but the Wi-Fi did not work in our room. We reported it twice and were told they would find a solution, but nothing was ever done. The room was also extremely small with very low ceilings. I am 5'2" and 118 pounds, and even I found it cramped. My husband is close to six feet tall and had to bend down in the bathroom....

Since it is located in the heart of the Kotor old city, where GPS doesn’t work as well, you may have to inquire about the property location from the local retailers to find it. Best thing is to call the host when you get in the vicinity of the property.」

「We arrived late at night in the dark, and woke to quiet, and serene heaven. The hotel is gorgeous, the breakfast is a lovely experience, and the location is wonderful. The spa experience was great both technically, we enjoyed hammam and reflexology from skilled therapists, as well as service wise. The staff made it an exceptional experience. The spa manager was very accommodating and moved therapists around so we could enjoy services during our short stay. We were there when it was very hot, and...
