The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you.

Great place to be

We have stayed here a few times now when travelling through KK and it never disappoints. Staff are so friendly and helpful, location can’t be beat right in the middle of all the shops. There was the occasional rumble outside which I’m guessing is planes overhead but the bed is so soft it’s easy to fall asleep.

Perfekte Unterkunft!!!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind ganz toll eingerichtet und mit ganz vielen Details ausgestattet (Ladekabel, Powerbank, Kofferwaage). Alles sehr modern, liebevoll und sauber. Die Lage ist top, direkt im Einkaufszentrum. Foodmarket und Bars an der Waterfront fußläufig zu erreichen. CheckIn total schnell und unkompliziert.

Place was great and the lady who met us was so lovely. However, the checking in process was unclear and the buzzer on the main door was unclear as to which was the Ritz Residence button. I would suggest that the buzzer is clearly labelled for the residence. That aside, loved it. Thanks!

Everything is new. The amenities are better than a 5-star hotel. They provide Netflix and Amazon Prime at no extra cost. The size of the apartment is a bit small but very well equipped, with a bathtub. They also provide soft drinks at no extra cost.

A touch of Luxury

This place is fabulous! The room was not big but well decorated, and very inviting and cosy. Luxurious touches like the chandelier, sparkly handles and lights, and the quality coffee making area, made us feel like we were in a posh hotel. The room offered every amenity we needed plus more. After a long day travelling the big bed was so soft and comfortable the street noise we could hear was easily forgiven. The bathroom, so large, modern and fabulous, I can’t fault it! Location is excellent with shops and places to eat right downstairs. Service was amazing, super helpful, communicative and very kind and friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in KK.

Very comfortable room and location is the best

Place is in the Imago shopping mall. Many restaurants and shopping near by. Sutera golf club across the street. Room is very clean and has all fancy things like Dyson hair dryer and electric curtains. Free soft drinks. There are some umbrellas, luggage scale etc to use. Before arriving call the number. I communicated via Whatsapp and got quickly answer if any questions. Really good service. They have luggage room as well. Room is not really big size but perfect for couple. Toilet bowl is kind of Asian size and not American standard.

Luxurious room. The only issue is that I use the stairs and discovered that all of the fire doors were open on every single floor. This means that no one would be able to escape that very large building. I reported it to the owner of my room and she said she would report it to management. The next day I went down the stairs again and all the doors were still open. Not only where the doors open there was debris on the stairs, which in an emergency people would fall down the stairs since the stairs would not be lit. Plus, the stairs would be full of smoke due to the fire door was being left open. Other than that, the property was great and the owner was very responsive and helpful.
