飯店有會說中文的人員很方便，有不懂或不知道路都會幫忙查地址叫車，飯店樓下有商店有逛街的地方，真的很不錯！我們一家四口住六晚，每天有打掃，服務人員很親切，有機會再去入住。

職員態度親切友善，常主動協助客人。房務職員亦有求必應。泳池雖然較淺水但很漂亮。自助早餐種類亦算多。酒店地點雖偏遠，但周邊也有很多商店，所以也非常方便。值得一提是酒店樓下有餐館，對面馬路晚上6畤開始有大排檔，兩者食物種類多及味道都很好。

Trouble Wifi
It takes 20 mins to down town by car. It is connected to a shopping mall, but not much to buy there. There are 3 massage shops. 2 of them located in the mall which close at 7:30pm. The other one is opposite to the parking exit which close at 1am. No night life nearby. The hotel charge RM100 for late check out. The swimming pool is small and the water depth is only around 1.3 - 1.4m. This hotel receives groups and it is a bit crowd. We booked the Executive Suite for 7 nights and the room is spacious. The front desk provided me the wifi user name and password when I checked in. However, I did not aware it only valid for 2 days. I needed to proceed to the front desk again for a new login. Again, the staff gave me another login which was valid for 2 days. We complained and got a login for 5 days. The staff is not thoughtfulness at all. More annoying is that whenever you need to use wifi, you need to key in the user name and password again, even though you have chosen remember it.

整體感覺非常好，房間大而乾淨 就是毛巾有異味、浴巾濕水後甩毛 建議酒店能主動提醒那些大聲叫囂的旅客， 請他們顧及其他住客，請更能保持酒店的級數。

新盈亮眼的飯店
我非常推薦此飯店，親切的門房拉行李跟櫃檯人員，環境算然不算頂級，但也有四星的水準，因為很新，環境也算乾淨，最大的缺點應該是離沙巴市區較遠。

新飯店設施完善新穎，包刮乾淨新設的中庭游泳池。離機場近，計程車資只要25員馬幣，旅館樓下是一個購物中心，復健且有很多商店與餐館，生活機能完整，服務親切，值得一試。

이 호텔의 시설은 너무 후지다. 오래된 호텔인데 많은 관리를 하지 않은 상태인 것 같다. 충격적인 것은 WIFI가 없다는 것이다. 그리고 분명 예약할 때 편도 교통편을 제공하는 것으로 안내 받았는데 호텔에 문의하니 셔틀버스를 운행하지 않는다고 한다. 10링깃을 주고 국제공항으로 갔다. 여러모로 마음에 들지 않았다. 시설, 예약사항에 대한 이행, 와이파이 모든 것이 안된다는 것은 이 호텔이 어떠한 상태인가를 보여주는 것이다.

I thought the staff were helpful and friendly enjoyed the happy hour and karaoke sessions. Way too far from the city ?food terrible little variety . Housekeeping poor ,wifi dreadful .lifts were a hazard.

가격에 비해 굉장히 만족스러웠던 숙소
호텔 프런트에서 근무하시는 통통하신분 굉장히 친절하시구요. 그 분을 제외한 다른분들도 모두 친절하십니다. 저희가 4명이서 놀러왔지만 2명은 먼저 귀국을 해야하는데 야간비행이라 짐을 계속 들고다녀야 했었는데, 염치불구하고 부탁드렸더니 흔쾌히 승락하셔서 굉장히 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 숙소내부는 말할것도 없이 깔끔했고 수영장,헬스장,마사지샵 없는것이 없으니 호캉스를 즐기기에 딱 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 조식또한 무료로 제공될뿐더러 맛 또한 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 조식메뉴는 항상 고정식단인것이 조금 아쉽긴합니다. 그리고 호텔구조가 약간 ㄷ자 구조로 되어있고 가운데에 수영장이 있어서 커튼을 젖히면 수영장과 맞은편 방이 보입니다. 커튼은 이중커튼으로 흰천으로 된 커튼과 암막커튼으로 되어있어서 커튼을 치면 사생활은 보장되지만 햇빛이 잘 안들어와서 방이 좀 우중충해 보입니다. 또한 아침 9시만 되면 하우스키퍼분들이 초인종을 눌러 잠을 깨우셔서 이것이 좀 불편하긴 했습니다. 와이파이는 가끔씩 멈추기도 하고 좀 느린편입니다. 하지만 이러한 애로사항들은 이 호텔이 가진 장점들로 충분히 커버가 가능했습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

市街地から離れている他は非の打ち所はありません 家族四人に十分な広さでした。 日本人がほぼ皆無だとスタッフの方がおっしゃっていました。周りは90パーセント中国の方でした。 朝ごはんは、偏食の子どもにも口に合うものが多く、特にラーメンのようなヌードルがお気に入りでした。

Excellent service and the room was nice. Quick massage and welcome drink when we arrived gave a luxuary feeling. We didn't have time to check out the area or try the included breakfast, so can't comment on that. The bed was a bit on the firm side.

Near to airport, friendly staff. Located bear to airport but far from KK city. Free shuttle bus service to airport at the morning.
