Bad service

Honestly, the service was very bad. First i come i checked in for family room is ok. Then when we enter the room was very small. There only 2 socket available. We are 5 person need to share 1 small room for family room. Then that night suddenly the reception told me to pay for another rm20 extra bcuz we are 5 person stay in bcuz i book for 2 person only. So what does it means by family room if only 2 person can stay in? Better i book for the standard room only... N if they told me during i checked in maybe i still ok. But they told after we have checked in n at night already. So thats why i said its very bad services.

He (enkä minä) eivät olleet aluksi oikein selvillä millaisen huoneen olin varannut ja huoneen hakemiseen meni hieman aikaa aluksi, pelkällä nimellä se ei löytynyt. Muuten kaikki meni hyvin ja henkilökunta oli avuliasta. Lähtöni oli niin aikaisin, että en ehtinyt aamiaista nauttimaan. Kokonaisuudessaan hyvä kokemus. Hiljainen hostelli, ei ihan ytimessä, mutta ei kuitenkaan liian kaukana palveluista tai aktiviteeteista.

Clean, comfortable and friendly, would stay again

We had a double room with private bathroom. The downstairs dining area was a nice place to sit with a laptop, and we enjoyed the mix of toast and fruit for breakfast. Our bedroom was starting to look a little tired but had a comfortable bed and clean sheets. Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and offered to clean our room every day. On our floor were 2 showers and 2 toilets, all very clean, shared between a double and 2 three person rooms. Laundry right next door, and lots of good cheap places to eat within 5 mins walk. Rooms with shared bathroom looked slightly smarter, and were definitely roomier, so we would choose one of these next time.

Very clean, basic but nice

We were looking for somewhere cheap but do not like a place that is dirty. The reviews said that it was very clean and it was. Not the flashiest hotel but it’s very clean and just what you need. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

위치가 좋아요

깨끗하고 위치도 유명 마트나 관광지 갈때 그랩택시로 4-9 링깃에서 해결됩니다. 이모님들도 친절하십니다. 저렴하게 여행하고 싶은 사람에게 추천합니다.

If you are staying at the hostel, it is at level 4 without elevator. It is a disaster!

Not a bad, little hotel.

Decent, little hotel located within walking distance of many places - Philippine Market, Gaya Street Market, restaurants, shops, the water, etc. Nothing fancy, but a clean place with pleasant staff. Only disappointing part of the stay was breakfast. A couple pieces of toast and watermelon just ain't going to cut it.

첫날 늦게 가서 체크인함, 친절은 했음 다음날 환전하고 관광하고 왓는데 방 청소해줘서 좋았음(연박이엇음) 그다음날 체크아웃하고 공항가고서야 돈이 없어진걸 알았음 가져간돈 반은 환전하고 반은 캐리어 위에 걍 둔걸로 기억하는데 그게 없어짐ㅋㅋ 직원분은 모르는 일이라고 하는데 여기 말곤 돈을 꺼낸적도 정리한적도 없음 내 돈 20만원 먹고 좋겟다 청소한분ㅇㅇ 솔직히 코타는 여행가서도 돈 별로 안써서 게하보다는 저렴한 호텔 찾아서 가는게 좋습니다 호텔짱 호텔을 가세여 여기는 솔직히 수압 낮고 별거 없음

便宜、乾淨、地點佳

飯店地點還不錯，華興海鮮樓就在對面，隔壁有24小時營業的便利商店，離市中心大概10-15分鐘步行距離。房間蠻乾淨的不過濕氣和霉味有點重，前後陸續住了3晚，有一晚住在一樓餐廳旁邊，那間隔音很差，晚上過了12點餐廳音樂也是要求飯店人員關掉才關。不過以這價錢算是蠻超值的。

Good location, friendly staff

Lavender Lodge was a nice place to stay for 2 nights before traveling onwards in Sabah. The location gives easy access to the interesting areas of KK, and the room was comfortable. The only disappointment was the included breakfast, which consisted of bread, jam, and coffee, and could have been expanded to include a few more options. Overall though, staff were lovely and helpful and we had a pleasant stay!

NIce lodge that suprisingly confortable and clean.

The stay was awesome and the worker here is doing their best to keep the place clean. I really appreciate the stay and would definitely recommend to my friend who wishes to find a comfy place to stay during travel to Sabah KK.

A lodge you can't miss

這是我第二次住進薰衣草小屋，因為喜歡這裡的人情味，一切就像第一次一樣，親切的櫃檯人員，男女主人總是熱心的提供服務與行程建議，中文就可溝通哦!座落於市區，附近很多餐館，各景點都在20分鐘腳程內，房間與公用浴廁都保持很乾淨，因為無電梯，如住高樓層需費點力搬行李，另外有附早餐(炒麵很可口 ^^)，算是CP值高的住所。去神山的mini bus就在轉角的主幹道上，這次一行5人，老闆娘還幫忙叫車到住所接，真是服務周到呢!下次還會想來住~ Highly recommended!

Good location

Good for 1 or 2 nights. Location in the heart of the city, close to bus station. Apparently the male dorm is only at the 4th floor, so I had to go up all the way up the stairs even though my foot was injured. Would have been nice of them to mention this on their main page. Room and toilets were mostly clean.
