"We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. Some of the air-con remote controls weren’t working. The water in the shower was pretty dirty - the filter of our own shower head turned all brown after a 10-min shower. I was warned of the water quality by a friend before travelling to Kota Kinabalu so I brought my own shower head with a filter. No bottled water is provided in the room - only filtered water from the tap is available for drinking. Poor sleep due to noise from motorbikes. Slow lifts. Bad breakfast - not much options, 2.5 star level, with flies flying around. Not much air conditioning, heavy reliance on the very strong fan. Attentive servers. Prime location in the city centre."

"早餐選擇很 多，房間也很不錯，我們一家四口，酒店給我們準備了額外的親子小床，所以我們都休息得很好！而且電視可以連接Netflix，加分！日落不錯，親子設施也挺好的，整體我覺得帶小孩很合適！就如一句老話，法拉利老了還是法拉利！（不過注意浴室洗澡地方漏水問題）"
