St. Regis Langkawi 1 Star hotel.

All that service make my stay in this hotel a nightmare and just broke my resting and holiday mood. Been to many St. Regis in the World, this one in LangKawi is the worst, not 1 star deserve, but the price surely is 5 stars. I should request refund for all the patience I had to do and complaint to the from desk manager. The pool bar staff is careless, the cocktail is horrible, beers is nice hehe. The Hotel hardware is nice but the software, means personnel attention from the staff need to fire some of them and retrain again, the others. I would never but never introduce this Hotel to any of my friends or colleagues and, who read this, be prepare for your surprises during your stay."
