「These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. 」

「The location and staff are very nice. Especially the staff they know the apartment well. As the apartments are cozy space with IKEA deco. It would be good for visiting the old town. Not recommend if you are easy effected with noise for sleep. I have changed 2 rooms, the building itself feels like it's not originally for apartment, so the wall is thin, you can hear next door or people talk and walk by stairs if they raise their voice a bit higher. 」

「The place by itself is nice and the apartments seem pretty new and in good shape overall. But: Not having a 24/7 reception or welcome room in any kind is not good enough. To get the key is nothing but a hassle, and if you do it wrong, you have lost your option. It is all in Slovak, so it's difficult. 「The Botel was a fun place to stay during our friends European backpacking trip. There were three of us staying and the only issue we ran into was losing hot water in the shower pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to build back up. Other than that everything was great!」
