"There are good hotels, there are beautiful hotels, and then there are hotels that make you feel genuinely welcome. Carlo IV is one of those rare places. We travel a lot, so exceptional service doesn’t surprise us easily. Yet Carlo IV delivered some of the warmest, most thoughtful hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Every member of the staff greeted us with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to help. They didn’t just answer questions, they took the time to share recommendations and make us feel at home. A special thank you to Laura at the front desk. She welcomed us warmly at check-in, greeted us every time we returned, often with cold water, a snack, and even a few Czech language lessons. Those small, personal touches transformed a wonderful stay into one we’ll remember for years. The bell staff was equally outstanding, always quick to assist with luggage, open doors, and wish you well. Beyond the service, the hotel itself is stunning. The spa and pool are beautiful and on weekend evenings the atrium comes alive with live music. Do yourself a favor: find a seat, order a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s one of those magical travel moments you’ll remember long after you’ve returned home. If you’re considering where to stay in Prague, stop looking. Book Carlo IV. I can’t imagine you’ll regret it."
