Two issues with this hotel: No air conditioning in the room, we were moved to another room after asking at the reception desk. Check out is at 10 am this is far too early for a tourist hotel, breakfast finishes at 10 am? Apart from that the reception desk was very helpful and helped with the room issues, moving us to another room.

AC did not work We were moved to other rooms, AC did not work in one of them We paid for parking but the lot was so cramped our car was trapped for over an hour until another guest left The people were nice and friendly but so many things did not work

Hotel near where I needed to be.

Staff was informative, friendly. They made me feel welcome. When I had questions about Kosice, they answered them. I enjoyed talking to them.

Das Hotel befindet sich in bester zentraler Lage. WLAN im Zimmer nicht gut, teilweise fällt es aus. Kein deutscher Nachrichtenkanal im TV. Ausser Sport in deutsch alles ausländische Sender, Bildqualität lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Good location but bad service

We stayed in the hotel over Christmas period, location of the hotel is excellent , on the hight street. We stayed for 4 nights but our room was tidied (not even cleaned) 1 night only. We had to ask for shampoo / shower gel /toilet paper etc every day at the reception. We were given 20% off for the hotel restaurant which was closed over Christmas, breakfast was OK but quite basic.

Great Kosice Hotel

Excellent location in the city centrum and walking street. Just steps from historic churches, upscale shopping and special cultural events such as th Christmas Market.

Well worth the money

Perfectly located on the hlavna (mains street). Staff were incredibly helpful, and willing to go beyond the call of duty. The room was the biggest room I have ever stayed in in my life. Price was extremely reasonable for what you got. Breakfast was traditional Slovak which I really enjoyed and the duck dinner was the nicest bit of duck I have ever eaten. Cant wait to go back and I do not see why I should to stay at any other hotel in Kosice from now on.

Excellent value and prime location.

Excellent value for money with a perfect location. All the main attractions, restaurants, shops, railway station, etc. are very accessible on foot...an easy walk everywhere you need to go. Rooms are large by European standards and the included breakfast was very good. The front desk clerk graciously allowed me to check in early as my flight arrived in the morning. Fast reliable WIFI. Best place to stay in this beautiful city.

Amazing Hotel in a Perfect Location

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The room was incredible and very clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again!
