"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "The resort is very family oriented and geared towards family activities. The entire property was clean. I was on all inclusive package and the food was very good. I got to sample things I normally wouldn’t try. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children. "

"We arrived at the hotel to find out that the air conditioning had been turned off as it was the last week of the season although when we complained we were offered a fan. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was tired and looked dirty. There was a good variety of food although the hot food was lukewarm and considering we were all inclusive we had to pay for water!! Overall we had a good holiday but we wouldnt rate the hotel 4 star. "
