「We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. Breakfast was basic but functional and the staff would do extras if you asked (we saw some cheery folk from the NL’s grumbling at the lack of cappuccino and bacon!)
