"I love staying at this hotel however one of the perks I enjoy most is the pool unfortunately the pool was not available for most of my stay 12day reservation o received an e mail around 8 days prior the maintenance was not the issue was that upper level mgmt did not work out some terms with a nearby hotel for us to use their pool supply a hotel shuttle service for the guest just had to designate a scheduled pick up/ drop off thanks for your attention to this matter everyone who works in the reception area great caring workers imagine all the questions over and over again all because of no forward thinking"

The hotel looks like it might be due a bit of redecoration and have some newer stuff bought, like the towels at the pool for example. The TV didn't work too well in the room."
