Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. Don’t ask customer to make a reservation in the restaurant if it is practically...

「Beautiful apartment that was extremely spacious. Our only complaint was how hot it was in the morning without air conditioning and only one of the 2 fans provided worked. Also we spent a good amount of time on spider removal each night after the sun went down 🕷️🕸️😨 would be nice if there was some kind of pest control to eliminate the spiders. Due to the spiders surrounding the doors and windows we couldn’t open the windows at night to cool down the apartment unless we wanted to share the bed...
