The hotel is well located on right on the sea front just across the road from Konyaalti beach. There are shops and restaurants close by within walking distance. It is a farly smallhotel with good facilities.

Good value Spa Hotel

Great place. Spa was a real plus - open 11am to 9pm (hamam, steam room, sauna.) Buffet breakfast - quality food and lots of choices. Ask for a thermos so you can pour your own tea refills. Near beach for nice walks. Great value for off season.

Great location reasonable value

Good location and the staff was attentive. Reasonable value. The place could use a refresh - a bit run down in spots especially the fitness center. My room had not been thoroughly cleaned - forgot to wipe down the night stand by the bed and the floor beneath it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with any problems we had. The hotel restaurant was one of the best restaurants we tried while in Antalya. I would highly recommend it. In the perfect location in the middle of the strip on the beach and not too far from attractions.

Staff was amazing. However, The half board menu selection is a fraction of what the real menu offers. Air conditioning was none existent in the elevator, training facility, every hall way on every floor, and it was extremely warm. I will add, the food was very good but limited choices. The staff, from housekeepers to front desk to the restaurant were simply amazing….helpful and kind.

Good location right next to beach. Lots of dinning options. Room itself was good with all eminities. Toilet was nice and well equipped. The only thing to improve is the level of service by restaurant staff. During breakfast they don't bother to replace plates, or replenish finished items. No napkins unless you ask for it.

No help with your luggage or even provide a dolly to carry your stuff. The shower kept leaking into the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom smells terrible all the time and I think it’s coming out of the shower area from underground. They don’t change your sheets every time. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything going on next door and outside (including constructions).. the cleaning leady is very sweet but other than that, terrible!

I faced an issue with their air conditioner and the jacuzzi, in which maintenance guys visited my rooms multiple times. I talked to the management and they offered a refund of $100 which I got back quite fast. I am not sure though if this is the best resolution!

The Bad: The bathroom (WC) of our room was filled with SEWER FUMES with unbearably horrible smell. Fortunately we were allowed to go to another room. There is almost no sound privacy. The sound of the guests talking in adjacent rooms easily traveled into ours. We had to tolerate the love-making sounds of OOHS and AHHS most of the time -- all too annoying and disruptive! The Good: The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always willing to address any requests or to find solutions to problems. The included breakfasts were very good, with many varieties, with one exception being the lack of decent coffee. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel -- PEARLY HOTEL. I will avoid it at all costs.

The rooms decorated nicely but the shower tray leaked all over the bathroom floor. Spa is nicely looked but I didn’t have time to use it . Food was not very special. Some staff is extremely rude with a big chip on the shoulder. Young man was clearly in the wrong job and had no appreciation to foreign guests. He actually told me to lean and speak Turkish . I’d avoid this hotel

Room that we stayed in was such a disaster. Everything was falling apart or already apart. Caulking around windows was gross and falling out, cracks everywhere, an entire piece of the wall( about 1x2 square) connecting the bathtub and the outside deck had obviously been cut out and put back in but for some reason not even sealed back up so there was a huge visible gap that you could see through around the cut out piece. The shower head in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, in fact the piece you pull out to activate the head would shake violently so I needed to put a tower in between it to stop it from making an obnoxious loud clanking noise. The blinds in the jacuzzi tub area were so ruined and cracked pieces throughout….so basically….The room was a complete joke
