I booked a courtyard-facing, non-smoking room but was given a room facing a noisy street. The room had a strong synthetic fragrance, likely used to cover up cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the bed still smelled slightly of smoke, and the towels had a strong cigarette odor. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow, which made it difficult to work. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel was nice, staff are really friendly. Breakfast was simple, not bad. Only downside – room wasn't clean, floor and shower was really dust. Socks became dirty in a moment. And there was cigarette ash on a windowsill.

Not much useful information- when we asked how to get to otogar we got a long description of big busses and small busses... In the end we took a dolmus from 50m up the road, on the 2 way traffic part. Hotel should at least be able to give directions to something that simple
