Super cute hotel with nice breakfast included. Very well located, close to the train station, supermarket, and lots of stores and restaurant. Perfect place to spend a couple of days when visiting the charming city of Konstanz.

The hotel’s location is very central for the shopping area and the lake, however it didn’t feel part of a noisy location. The room was comfortable, we were a family of four using the sofa bed. The beds were comfortable, but the room did get pretty warm and the fan provided didn’t make much difference. We parked in the nearby underground car park which was 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was fine. A choice of cereals, bread and meats/cheeses. The dining area felt a pleasant space.

Large and bright room with a balcony. A bit noisy but traffic stopped during night. Breakfast ok. Bus stop just outside is convenient.

Located in a safe area and very convenient to train station. Staff was very courteous and went far beyond. I had a very early train to the Zurich airport and would miss breakfast and staff offered to pack food for both breakfast and lunch. Even put it in my frig when I was out. Would definitely recommend.

Great place almost in the town centre. Easy check-in. Good contact with owner. Private and safe parking. Parking outside possible, hovewer need to buy periodically parking ticket as maximum you can get is 2 hours (4 eur). Only lack in case of extreme temperatures is missing AC.

Convenient hotel

Asked for a balcony at reception and was given one, no problem. Room was a good size, staff friendly and clean. Negatives would have to be the shower enclosure. Needs attention to door seals as they kept on falling off. Overall happy with our experience.

I had to leave at 5.30 am in the morning, and therefore I would have missed out on breakfast. Without me having any expectations I was brought a packed lunch to my room the night before my leave.I really appreciated this kindness very much. Also, O received a’Bodensee West ‘ travel card that entitled me to free bus and train travel within the allocated area within the time if my stay at the hotel. It was a great offer! I want to thank the hotel for their excellent service!
