It looks like an industrial area. But it's just a 10 minutes walk to the "See-Rhine" with a footpath along the river and a beergarden. Very good for a run in the morning.

It's a nice new hotel, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nearby is a bus stop, McDonald's, Burger King, and Aldi. A buffet breakfast is served, and you can have a hearty meal. There are no balconies. Saunas and swimming pools are also missing. The room is clean, and the air conditioner is working. The window opens only on the window pane. There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and TV. The mattress is of medium hardness, and convenient for both sleeping and active activities.

Bissl tricky zu finden, Parkplätze kosten extra aber dafür in Nähe und Preise waren auch noch in Ordnung. Großes Plus sind die enBW-Ladestationen dort in verschiedenen Ausführungen und auch mit Schnellladern.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel gewesen. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen groß genug und hatte ein sehr bequemes Bett. Das Bad war ebenfalls groß und geräumig und sehr sauber. Lediglich ein paar mehr möglichkeiten seine Wäsche zu verstauen wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Man konnte essen, worauf man Lust hatte. Verschiedene Brötchen, Müslis und auch warme Speisen wie Rührei wurden angeboten. Außerdem gab es die möglichkeit sich selber Waffeln zu backen. Die Parkplatzsituation, war etwas bescheiden. Entweder man konnte das auto für 16€ die Nacht in das Parkhaus direkt neben das Hotel stellen oder in der Umgebung nach einer Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße suchen. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und definitiv zu Empfehlen.

Positiv: - neuwertige und moderne Einrichtung mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage - vorhandener Fitnessraum - Waffeleisen - großer Fernsehbildschirm - kostenloser und abschließbarer Fahrradraum im Parkhaus nebenan, Zugang per Zimmerkarte - ausreichende Frühstücksauswahl - vorhandener Kaffeevollautomat mit frischen Bohnen und echter Milch Negativ: - zu wenig Servicepersonal beim Frühstück -> Tische waren mit dem benutzen Geschirr länger nicht freigeräumt und gesäubert worden - zu wenig Sitzplätze beim Frühstück für die Größe des Hotels - Lüftung im Bad relativ laut, auch während der Nacht - Brötchen waren vorgebackene Aufbackware, frische Bäckerware wären für die Hotelklasse angemessen gewesen - nach 16 Uhr war das Zimmer am nächsten Tag noch nicht hergerichtet worden - hohe Parkgebühren für Hotelgäste im Parkhaus nebenan mit 16€/pro Tag -> Alternative: begrenzte Anzahl kostenloser Parkplätze an den Straßen in der Umgebung oder das See-Parkhaus ein Häuserblock weiter mit 10€/Tag. - WLAN-Nutzung nur mit Registrierung möglich

Bei Ankunft gab es zuerst Probleme mit dem einchecken, da es scheinbar ein Anwesenheitsproblem auf Seiten des Housekeeping gab. Aber Mitarbeiterin Sabrina an der Reception hat unglaubliches geleistet um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Outstanding !!!! Sie hat Reservierungen hin und her geshiftet, so dass wer schon da war auch ein Zimmer bekam. In unserem Fall hat sie sogar einen Gast angerufen, der sich noch auf der Autobahn befand und ls sich heraus stellte, dass er noch 2 Std zu fahren hatte, hat sie uns sein Zimmer gegeben. Hätte sie alles nicht machen müssen. Hätte niemand verlangt. Sie ist aber die „extra Meile“ gegangen für as Wohl der Gäste. So Mitarbeiter*innen wünscht sich jedes Unternehmen ! Danke Stefan Kaiser
