"Friendly staff on reception and in the bar. Room we had was very clean and incredibly spacious. Sound proof windows and black out curtains were appreciated. Although slightly out of the centre, it is walkable and there are plenty of buses. Would stay here again if we visit Salzburg in the future."

"We did not actually get to stay here due to the hotel being under renovations and didn't have enough rooms for us. The customer service was fantastic though. They already had a "just as good; if not better" nearby hotel room reserved for us. They even had all payments and information already switched over seamlessly. The lobby of the hotel look really nice, and I will definitely keep this on the top of our list for when we return."
