i just spent 6 nights in cavtat and i could not recommend this property enough. Maria was an amazing host, extremely accommodating with everything we had needed, the apartment was centrally located close to all the beaches, restaurants, and even the bus station. In my opinion, anyone looking to visit southern croatia should be staying in Cavtat and this apartment is the perfect place.

The location on the esplanade was perfect (we were never disturbed by church bells). Every need was met: spacious, modern apartment and bathroom, very comfortable beds and loads of pillow choices, full kitchen, modern finishes, and a brilliant hostess Marija. We could open our windows to see the wonderful sights. The laundry facilities were so welcome too, as was the Nespresso machine!

Marija is a very good host, she takes care of us for our entire stays. Great communication, clean room, entire building is very good, convenient location, beautiful view from our windows, close to bus station, easy access to visit Dubrovnik by ferry or bus. We will stay here again when we return visit.

We have given up on staying at rentals due to the associated state of cleanliness and administrative uncertainty . This apartment at Villa Royale is a league unto itself by being right on the promenade on restaurant row with adequate space and windows facing the bay at the heart of Cevtat- certainly a valuable upgrade from a hotel room. Its location, modern amenities and sound-proof integrity allowed for a fantastic 5-day family stay that we will never forget. And, yes, cleanliness was outstanding. The A/C-heating system worked perfectly, but we never used the stove. The unit is part of a small rental complex where several apartment are inside the main structure and several others are located facing a common terrace area with table, chairs and umbrellas for all guests to enjoy in a safe environment. The main structure provides a common living room inside available to hang out or watch tv. Access to the complex its jointly share by a set of steps that halfway up leads to a plane where a historic church seats. leading The heart of the complex is Marija (Maria), an efficient one person show that runs the place in a gracious and accountable way. She is only a phone call away in case there is a need. This is a place where nothing negative can be said about it... even if you are creative. Be aware that there is another apartment complex outside the main promenade (Apartments Villa Royal, without the e) that can make it confusing for the transport driver if not clarified).

Owner was lovely. We got greeted to where the taxi dropped us and she gave us a whole tour even left some water and orange juice for us. The place was very nice and clean. I’ve never stayed at a place before and the bed feel like my own it felt clean and so comfortable. The living room is a COMMON area and not private but the rest was amazing with a sea view and beautiful windows. Owner was very responsive and had recommendations for the area however (poured rain) the whole time we were there so I would think about what time of year you would like to come we came in November.

We stayed in a sea view apartment which was fantastic. Spotlessly cleaned by Maria and her team. Comfy bed, coffee machine, great kitchen and bathroom. Right on the harbour so next to most of the restaurants and boat trips. Also very close to the swimming spots and walks around the peninsulas. Close to the bus station and supermarkets. An ideal place to stay in Cavtat.

Supersentral beliggenhet og delikat uteplass. Kort vei til alt. Deilig seng og god stillegående AC. Persienner gjorde det mørkt på soverommet. Drikke i kjøleskapet ved ankomst. Alt var nytt, rent og moderne. Mulighet for oppbevaring av bagasje før innsjekkog etter utsjekk. Kommer gjerne tilbake.
