「Communication was outstanding. Assisting with setting up the airport transfer including luggage assistance from the City Gate to the hotel was exceptional. All aspects of our stay were excellent. It is important to note that there is no space to have open suitcases so you need to plan for that. Need to place on bed while accessing what you need. That would have been a more significant issue for us if we were staying 3 or more nights - but not for 1 or 2.」
