"Quiet part of Moraitka and yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach. All the staff we met were very friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy and there was a large bottle of water already in the fridge when we arrived, which was very welcome! Arriving late at night meant it took a little while to find where to park (it's quite dark) but a quick call to the supplied telephone number fixed that! All in all a very lovely stay 😃"

"Cute hotel nice pool but it was quite dirty the day we arrived, it was cleaned during our stay. It’s quite a long walk up the hill from the bus, but doable if your fit and good footwear. Breakfast was ok, my daughter struggled as she loves fruit and not much choice each day, orange and apple slices or orange and kiwi. I loved the Bircher museli and the bread was nice. Normally only I hot option of eggs and only croissant twice during our stay. Rooms were nice well equipped, hair dryer, small fridge nice bathroom. The two restaurants either side of the hotel were great and lovely views. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool never too busy. Pool bar was nice and had pizza and salad one day which were good."

"The views at Ella Alkyna are breathtaking, and the water is the clearest I have ever seen. The beach and boardwalk connecting the resort to town create an unforgettable experience. The natural beauty here is truly world-class and the main reason I would recommend visiting. That said, there are several areas that need improvement. Although the resort is all-inclusive, we were only able to make two restaurant reservations during our five-night stay. Otherwise, we were limited to the main buffet, which was fine but became repetitive. I would recommend trying some of the nearby restaurants along the beach for more variety. Housekeeping was disappointing. Trash, dirty dishes, and housekeeping carts were often left in the hallways overnight or for multiple days. We also requested laundry service and received little communication until shortly before checkout, only to find out our clothes had not been cleaned. The resort also arranged a boat excursion and transportation. When we returned around 1:30 PM, transportation refused to take us back immediately because they wanted to wait for more guests, resulting in a three-hour wait. Service was inconsistent. At one meal, a staff member dropped dishes near our table, leaving broken glass and coffee at my feet. No apology was offered, and after moving tables we were not served again during the meal. Overall, the beauty of Ella Alkyna cannot be matched, but improvements in housekeeping, communication, and guest service are needed."

"Beautiful property with large comfortable rooms and plenty of storage. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful - whether at the front desk, pool, restaurants or spa, the service is terrific. There are several options for food and drink (restaurants, bars, poolside) with different menus at each, and the food and drink at all is very good."
