"We had a great stay here - house was beautiful and well equipped and the remoteness and private pool were great for a relaxing stay in Crete. While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. Our room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping, turn‑down service, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, water, and a mini‑bar. The half‑board option was excellent — a generous breakfast buffet and the choice of lunch or dinner, all at restaurant‑quality standards. With two pools (one lively with a bar, one peaceful) and a perfect beachfront location, the hotel delivers incredible sunsets every evening. The spa is another standout, offering a truly relaxing experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommend — 10/10."

Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside."

"It was a great vacation for our family. We really enjoyed the location, water slides, and multiple pools. We had a family suite with a private pool and it was great to swim at anytime. The al carte restaurants were outstanding. We didn't have high expectations for buffet style meals but they were great as well. The only suggestion would be glass for quests to take away from the bar. I understand the need to protect the pool surfaces so this probably isn't possible, but had to provide something as a critique. Great experience and beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
