"Perfectly situated near subway stop for easy access to anywhere in Vienna. Quiet, peaceful hotel with super clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and delightful staff. I loved the grocery store down the street and the bakery on the corner - made having breakfast in our suite/apartment easy - a must while traveling with college age boys. Will definitely stay again!"

"Parking is super frustrating and expensive, hard to find. The property used to be a 5 star place some years ago, but it's a bit run down now. The staff is excellent! Absolutely wonderful. Cleanliness was okay, not 5/5, but 4/5. Don't want to find another empty bottle left by a previous guest in my room in future. Walls should be painted. Breakfast was excellent, too. Thank you guys!"

"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We arrived at around 9:00 AM after a long journey. Since we arrived early, I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast, but my request was refused. I then asked about early check-in and was told to come back after 12:00 PM. When I returned at 12:30 PM, I was informed that I could check in only if I paid an additional €25 for early check-in, even though the room was clearly already available. While the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, charging extra when a room is ready and available does not feel customer-friendly. I also explained the situation to Michael and the manager, Johny. The manager listened to my concerns and promised to find a solution, but no solution was ever provided. The room itself lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning and a refrigerator. In addition, during my stay there was no room cleaning service and the towels were not replaced, which is unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel. Overall, after a long trip, I was denied breakfast, charged an extra €25 for early check-in, stayed in a room without basic amenities, and received no housekeeping service or fresh towels. This experience left a very negative impression of the hotel and its customer service. I would not recommend this hotel and hope the management improves its service, hospitality, and attention to guests in the future."

"Hip, funky feeling hotel with large lounge/cafe area in lobby. Multiple events hosted by hotel. Our group was able to find a good local restaurant nearby, and go to the Prater amusement park immediately after - all very close to hotel. Rooftop bar was closed for private event one night, but another rooftop bar/restaurant right next door."

"Pros: Great location. Easy to get to with lots of shops and restaurants around. Modern and clean throughout. Nice rooftop bar area. A locked luggage storage area was available when I arrived early. Cons: On check-in I was told I had been downgraded due to overbooking and all other rooms of my type were taken (despite this being only 30 minutes after the listed check-in time, and the fact that I'd already been to the hotel 3 hours earlier to drop off my bags). No refund was offered. The proposed solution (free breakfast for 2 days, then move me to the room I paid for) would've actually increased my costs as it meant being without the kitchen that I'd booked the room for to save on meal costs. I did eventually get checked into an upgraded room at no extra cost, but only after standing my ground for 10 minutes. One staff member seemed genuinely apologetic, the other seemed annoyed that I wouldn't go away. Also, while my wife and I waited for a lift, the same staff member from check-in led a large group in front of us and filled it despite us being there first. No apology was made or even a "they have a work event, do you mind?". I was made to feel second class again. The "fully equipped" kitchen only had one pan provided - hardly useful for preparing meals. The curtains let light into the room right where your head is so you get woken up early. The luggage storage area was wide open on departure. People were going in and out with no checks done to ensure bags were safe."
