My stay was for business, so unfortunately I’m unable to comment on many aspects. However the location is lovely right by the River Elba.

Restaurant was closed. Same deal with the rest of diner possiblities. Harbour was under construction, so there was a lot of noise. On the harbour there was a fish marked, food and price okay. Hotel was nice and clean.

Gut organisiert; freundlich, sauber und renoviert. Sehr gut wären in unserem Zimmer noch Verdunklungsvorhänge gewesen, die die gesamte Fensterfront abgedunkelt hätten (im zugeteilten Zimmer waren sie zu knapp bemessen). Somit wurde es bereits ab 6 Uhr morgens im Zimmer schon sehr hell. Darüber hinaus weiterzuempfehlen, wenn man mit dem Auto verreist.

Liebste die Elbe fühlst dich wohl. Das eine oder andere Motorrad könnte leiser wegfahren. Ansonsten liebes Personal und herrliche Gegend

Altes Mobiliar und überteuertes Frühstück....

Die Einrichtung ist definitiv schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und 16,50 Euro für 3 Aufbackbrötchen auf dem Tisch sind ebenfalls nicht zeitgemäß...Ich werde hier auf alle Fälle nicht mehr einchecken

Es war alles super, es war sehr schade, dass das schöne Restaurant Koronabedingt momentan nur am Wochenende auf hat, aber unten am Hafen konnte man auch super sitzen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen. Auch unser Hund fand die großen Zimmer gut.

Das Fährhaus liegt wunderbar direkt an der Elbe, von der Restaurantterrasse hat man eine Traumsicht. Unser Zimmer leider nicht, weder Aussicht noch Balkon. WLAN funktionierte auch nicht. Frühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ( 14,50€ pP) Abendessen sehr lecker !

Erwartungen enttäuscht

Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt in Kollmar ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Zimmer lag nach hinten zu einer kleinen Straße, die leider bis spät nachts als Durchgangsstraße und zum lautstarken Cruisen genutzt wurde. Da am Strand ein Bikertreff ist, war es dementsprechend laut. Das Hotel ist zwar recht neu eingerichtet, aber die Möbel sind von schlechter Qualität und die Betten ziemlich unbequem. Außerdem war es an dem Wochenende sehr heiß und es gab keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer herunterzukühlen, so dass ein Schließen der Fenster trotz des Lärms keine Option war. Wir sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist, obwohl wir für zwei Nächte voll bezahlt hatten. Ein Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels gab es leider nicht, wenigstens hätte man ja z.B. das extra berechnete Frühstück kostenlos oder zumindest günstiger anbieten können. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Kühlschrank, wir mussten kalte Getränke selbst im Restaurant abholen und aufs Zimmer bringen, und auch sofort bezahlen (Flasche Mineralwasser: 6,90 Euro). Wenn schon die Infrastruktur zu wünschen übrig lässt, wäre etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen viel Wert gewesen. Nur der nette junge Mann von der Rezeption und dem Frühstücksservice war ein Lichtblick.

Trevlig övernattningsval på resa söderut. Vädret gjorde sitt och vi kunde njuta av kvällsmaten på terrassen med utsikt över Elbe. Rummen rena men man måste förbi restaurangens allmänna toaletter för att komma mellan rum och matsal.............

Alles sehr ordentlich

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und ordentlich. Alles war neu renoviert. Die Lage war toll, da ca 100 Meter hinter dem Haus die Weser war.
