The entire place is filthy, bad experience.
Our luggage was taken by them in a different elevator and we were still in the check in area. Not happy with that move at all.
Checkout took us forever, too many questions.

I didn’t like the first room that we were offered the shower made the floor very slippery and because I am disabled I was concerned that I could slip over
But to their credit they did change the room and it was much better
The only other concern I had was the access to the hotel again with a walking disability I fell over on my second day going out from the entrance

Well first i booked the hotel from Expedia. I had booked this hotel for my parents as it is very close to the airport. When they reached there the staff said there is no booking and my parents were surprised as they had the print out of the booking as well for confirmation. At night 11 my parents called me and said that the booking is not available. I had to call the Expedia customer care to confirm the booking and then they said the booking had been made but the price is not taken. Well if the price is not taken it should be mentioned in the print out that the price will be taken on arrival .It was not about the price that mattered the most. The most annoying thing is the hotel doesn't communicate with Expedia to solve the matter when a customer who has a booking is supposedly made to wait for 2 hrs. So my only request to people is that please confirm the ticket with the hotel as Expedia and this hotel doesn't communicate with each other and as a customer if you want to stay in this hotel you hav to book it in Expedia and again call the hotel asking whether the booking has been made with the amount.
