"Location is why we chose this hotel. Easy access to everything in central Aarhus. However, cleaning in rooms leaves a little to be desired; even when we put out the "brush and dustpan"... she hoovered, made the bed and whiped the bathroom. Glasses, cups, plates and cutlery were certainly not removed. The self service taps for lagers on the ground floor were not really working, which in turn required a lot of effort from reception staff. "

"The rooms were warm and comfortable, the snow was 15cm deep outside and still snowing. Klaus and Lotte made sure we were all comfortable (3 rooms booked in total, for 5 guests). The breakfast was truly epic and set us up for the day. We had a fabulous 3 day stay. Thank you."
