Lovely hotel and a lovely stay!

Great place, 5 min walk from the beach and some lovely local restaurants, another 15/20 walk from the main bar area or a cheap taxi ride. rooms were lovely and staff very friendly and their own view point is a nice little area to have a little drink. Nice and secluded for a peaceful stay!

Top Bungalow zum besten Preis/Leistung Verhältnis

Ich komme seit Jahren zwei bis drei mal jährlich nach Lamai und suche mir meist eine neue Unterkunft, weil ich die Abwechslung liebe. Das Sivaburri ist mit grossem Abstand die beste, freundlichste, sauberste und preiswerteste Unterkunft, die ich je hatte. Ich werde also mit Sicherheit noch oft im Sivaburri wohnen. Der Staff ist absolut freundlich und spricht fliesend English. Die Zimmer sind schön und gepflegt, sauber und in einem äusserst guten Zustand. Da ich kein Strandhocker bin, ist mir die Lage mehr als recht. Die Anlage liegt am Fusse des Lamai view Point, in einem wunderschönen und sehr ruhigen Garten. Ich kann das Sivaburri zu 100% empfehlen!

Номер небольшой, мебель в хорошем качестве. При уборке номеров регулярно менялись полотенца и постельное белье. Но не всегда полотенца были чистыми, бывало меняли старые на "свежие", но явно потрепанные и в неотстирываемых пятнах. Пляж в 7-10 мин. ходьбы (через проезжую часть). Из минусов: очень часто в воздухе на территории резорта витал запах канализации, особенно вечерами. Рядом находится большой гипермаркет, видимо не так давно построенный, такое ощущение, что запахи шли оттуда. Из достопримечательностей совсем рядом находится смотровая площадка. вход 100 батт и скала "Бабушка и Дедушка" на берегу, так же рядом много кафе и ресторанов, прокаты байков. Но в целом отель удален от шумного центра Ламая (мы туда ездили на байке мин 10 примерно). В общем если целый день колесить по острову, а в отеле только ночевать, то вполне хорошо). Услугами отеля не пользовались, вообще никакими, хотя они и еду и напитки предоставляют наверно, фена в номере тоже не было

superbe établissement mais....

Personnel charmant et discret, chambre faite tous les jours, deux bouteilles d'eau fournies chaque jour. Seul bémol, l'hôtel est situé en retrait de la ville donc sensé être au calme, seulement un gros centre commercial est en construction juste en face de l'établissement, ce qui génère du bruit, de la poussière quasiment toute la journée. Les ouvriers commencent à travailler à 7h du matin jusqu'à minuit 7 jours sur 7 !!! Ces travaux devraient durer plusieurs mois car le chantier n'en est qu'à ses débuts.

Nice Hotel.

Sivaburi was a nice place to live. 10min walk to the beach and about 20-30 min walk to the main strip. Nothing negative to say about this place, i would live there again.

Misguided information

There was no pool as specified on Expedia website and the restaurant was completely closed. When I explained I had booked based on these things I was told by management there was a pool at another resort. This was a couple of kilometres away! Non-management staff were very helpful.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ordentliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist nicht ganz so zentral, was bei der Anmietung eines Rollers jedoch kein Problem darstellt!
