The hotel is located on the mountainside, so the view is very beautiful. No matter in the room, the infinity pool and the restaurant can enjoy the expansive view. I can definitely spend the whole afternoon in the pool and the poolside bar. It is worth commending that the quality of their breakfast is really very good. In addition, because the location is on the mountain, the traffic is not very convenient, and the hotel does not provide a shuttle bus. The price of Grab in Koh Samui is double that of Bangkok, so traffic is a problem. And the TV in the room is also very old and not a smart TV, and there are very few channels.

It’s my third time in here, they cut many services,for example:The hotel is so far from shopping mall, shuttle bus not enough for us ,few hours once ,very disappointed!Breakfast cost 100bht of Latte ,It’s all free before etc.

華語服務親切。 房間品質極好，客房清潔非常用心。 餐飲價格合理，客房送餐速度很快。 環境優美，其中二天都待在飯店中也不會無聊，景色極美！ 無邊界泳池，非常舒適，泳池邊服務也非常適宜！ SPA，極好，身體、臉部，都是大推薦。 飯店提供專屬APP客房服務，讓所有服務變得更有效率。 浴室內提供的沐浴用品，是竹炭系列的，非常溫和好用，細節用心。 唯一建議改進的地方，退房時，櫃檯人員怠慢行李搬運時間，因為我們前一天都已經預約好車輛及退房時間，但卻讓我們足足等了50分鐘才完成！這是唯一美中不足的地方。

一定要入住海景房!! 另人語塞的景觀實在是不能不讚~試想像一下起床後就有一個無邊際的海景與你作伴, 絕對是悠閒假期的首選~ 雖然酒店在山上, 但有每小時有免費接駁服務到wharf & Central festival! ps. 可能的話, 希望酒店餐廳的餐點可以多元化一點

性价比極高的酒店
无敌的海景，服务人员態度好，无限泳池面对无敌海景，座落于山上，凉风吹爽，一点也不热，我是取消了一晚龜島臨时改住这酒店，平原先酒店一半价钱但比龜島那家好多多，浪费了一晚钱改这里都是值，歺厅质素也高。下次去苏梅一定住这家。

我们因为是从附近的酒店换过去的，所以就没有带多少行李，准备自己散步上去，但是走了一会儿，酒店刚好有班车经过上山，就停下来问我们是否去曼塔拉，然后载我们上去，很贴心哦！最后退房的时候也问我们是否需要坐酒店的1点的车下去。

美麗海景
這所酒店位處高山之上，雖然出外不太方便，但卻給了我寧靜放鬆的感覺，比起就近海灘的酒店，我較喜歡這裡。並且高眺海景，視野更廣闊，喜歡看海的我，這裡確實滿足我的需要。若穿梭巴士班次密一點，對行程的安排會較有彈性。除此，酒店房間唯一不太理想是浴室問題，水溫很難調較，沒有隔水屏風，很容易弄濕整間浴室。至於用餐方面，早餐是值的一讚的，水果很多，還有自選餐牌，都是免費的。但相反，我們自費的自助晚餐，卻強差人意，免費的早餐還比它豐富，食物水準完全不合格。所以建議，不要在酒店內吃晚餐，還是乘車到旅遊點吃夜巿或海鮮，會覺得物有所值得多。

飯店view非常美，泳池24小時開放，燈光也非常漂亮，房客歐美人士多居多，房客品質高，服務好，唯距離較遠，但住了2晚，完全捨不得出門，所以沒有影響！非常推薦

非常非常好的住宿体验。我是带爸妈一起出游，这个酒店绝对是我们苏梅岛一行的亮点之一。我们定的是一个套房，很宽敞舒适。在阳台上能看到远处的海和近处的无边游泳池交相呼应。酒店建在山上，仿佛是自己的一个小花园，环境舒适自然有趣，非常适合度假。唯一不足的就是酒店在山上，离拉迈海滩等比较遥远。

接待人員態度親切，無邊際游泳池很漂亮，從房間就可遠眺海景，早餐好吃。房間位於山坡上，但有提供高爾夫球車免費接駁房客。缺點是洗澡時水溫難控制，房間內WIFI訊號不穩，我們住的房間陽台與外面的路面同高度，如果沒有將窗簾拉起來，高爾夫球車或行人經過時會看見房間內部，隱私堪慮。距離市區有段距離也是比較不方便的地方。

寧靜舒適的酒店
這酒店位於山上，所以交通不算很方便，但正因為如此，所以享受到寧靜舒適的環境。餐廳水準不錯，員工亦會盡力協助。 但我臨走時候才發現有人種植Love Tree，不知道是否需要加錢！

整體來說都不錯，尤其是有無敵泳池一線天的海景...只是在山上 飯店的路陡所以樓梯樓層高的比較累。若是要下山買東西需租摩托車較方便,下去到馬路口就有Family mart全家便利商店，旁邊也有路邊攤、晚上有炭烤..。而family mart旁邊的小路進去,可以看到一個小牌子 To the beach,是有一位住在附近的阿伯,在海邊賣飲品~until 6pm.

酒店在很陡的山上，上山的路没有路灯 本来打算租车，就放弃了。酒店服务还可以，房间很大，但是设计一般，细节不够。受限制地形，酒店不大。我们是450定的wow，1000定的家庭两间房(其实就是普通的房子中间开了门，当时分到的家庭房景观不好），性价比不错，只是出行都依靠班车。

风景很好，服务超级好，从love房型升级到cozy～赞。wow房型是最高的，最低是love房型～cozy的highfloor风景最棒。早餐品种比较单一，出行的免费班车很准时！

Relaxing and Cozy
We stayed at the cozy room which is indeed very cosy. Locating on hillside, the view is stunning. We spent great deal of time at the balcony relaxing. Breakfast was great and the pool is small but have a great view. Overall, it is value for money. If you drive by yourself, make sure you slow down after passing the World and Ibis resort. It is not the easiest exit to spot from the main road. I can only recongnise the exit with the Illy coffee signate. Glad that we had a rental car. It is far away from the main road, so you need to book a taxi and rely on their shuttle to get to the beaches or shopping spots.

我们是旁晚的飞机，到酒店已经是8:00左右，酒店的接待非常的好，还给我们升级了景观比较好的房间，我们非常开心，十分感激！酒店的员工服务非常好，见面总是微笑、打招呼，非常舒服，这是家性价比非常高的酒店。早餐，泳池都很漂亮，美中不足的是淋浴间相对简陋，热水一阵一阵。

很棒的一次体验，酒店在半山腰，从阳台就可以俯瞰海湾，风景美极了！服务也很好，还送了免费早餐，免费接送班车也很准时，除了入住时在洗手间发现有蚂蚁，其他都很完美！
