Piscine avec jacuzzi hs Devoir demander a chaque fois les serviettes a la réception repas congelé et boisson périmée plage magnifique mais peu pas se baigner énormément de cailloux television image non visible 1 chaine française tv monde sinon chambre superbe peu de choix au petit-déjeuner 20€ par jour et par personne alors que pour la même Somme vous manger un repas entier restaurant pour 2 personnes et mêmes moins cher

Försökte förlänga vistelsen på hotellet men det gick inte men då fick jag boka via hotels och då var det ok. All kyckling i restaurangen var Slut, vilket mer var hela menyn.

老朽化しつつも雰囲気の良いリーズナブルなリゾートホテル

施設そのものは素晴らしいのですが、長年メンテナンスが行われていない状況が見られ残念でした。 建具や水周りの老朽化等です。 ただし、スタッフはすぐに不具合の対応をされたりフレンドリーで好感が持てました。 また、立地や施設全体の雰囲気はとても良かったですので、リーズナブルな料金を考えると一つの選択肢にはなるかと思います。

Overall we had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a lot of meals unavailable due to not having ingredients which was annoying. There was one time our towels were not replaced and we had to call up 5 times to get some delivered but they were very apologetic. All in all, we would stay here again. The villa itself was great and private.

The hotel is mediocre and less than what we expected however is very close to the main strip of shops and bars but just enough out the way so you can’t hear music all night which is good. There were no views of the beach from our room and due to the hotel being rather old and only having wooden slatted covers to cover the windows instead of glass, me and my partner were eaten alive by mosquitos, and we’re woken daily and through the night by animals (obviously out of the hotels control) and workers on the site, something they could of been reduced if actually glass windows were installed. The tv was outdated, fuzzy grainy and went from colour to black and white throughout, the aircon very loud and the safe was broke, although someone came to “fix it” for half an hour when we arrived it was still broken and beeped. The wooden slats as mentioned over the non existent windows would open however we struggled to close them and had to climb on the wet surface outside to push them shut from the outside. The WiFi was also off for three days due to a “technical problem” however seemed to only be off in our villa as we had WiFi connection everywhere else including right outside our door. The pool was nice and there are hammocks on the small beach down the bottom however if you look over the stone wall separating the small bit of beach they own and the actual beach, it is full of plastic and waste which is horrendous. The food from the bar at the pool is also poor.

Skuffet...

Lige fra ankomsten skuffede hotellet. De andre resorts vi har været på i Thailand, er der fin velkomst med kolde vaskeklude, en drink osv. Vi ankom før værelset var klar, men det ville det helt sikkert være kl 1400. Men nej det var det ikke. Vi gik ned og fik morgenmad - også her en skuffelse. Alle de ting som skulle være kolde var ikke under køl/is. Lunkent vand og juice. Mejeriprodukter heller ikke afkølede. Og besøg på toiletterne (rengøring, manglende aftørringsmuligheder, manglende toiletpapir...) skuffede også. Lejligheden var fint rengjort - men kun aircon på halvdelen af arealet. Nederste soveværelse var uden. Positivt - de gik med til at vi forkortede opholdet og flyttede.

Snakes, Friendly staff and one happy Bell Boy

First impressions of the resort are beautiful. Service with a big smile and the staff bend over backwards to help you. (Special mentions to Jo and Niki) . First night we arrive back to our room to find a Snake in the corner of our room, While there was some what prompt service to attend and fix the issue, it still didn't change the matter a snake was in our room. Hotel changed our room, next day upgraded our room to a suite, which Niki and Jo did everything they could to make us comfortable but still was hard to fix. We stayed for 4 nights. Hotel shower is out doors in the rooms which is odd as you shower and have mosquitos flying around. Gardens are nice but need a lot of attention. The taxi driver somphot is lovely and helpful. Bell boy who drives you up the hill who has a tattoo on his finger of DC is amazing excellent and probably the highlight of the whole hotel. Overall was a okay stay. Probably won't be back unless it has a big renovation and fixes the gaps in the windows and doors to stop bugs or snakes for that matter getting in. Once again thankyou to the wonderful Nikki and Jo for all your lovely service and help.

Nice hotel near the beach close to the airport and

If I was to base it on a Western hotel I would trash it as being tired, need some TLC. However this is the Far East were the people are really nice and friendly so that makes up for a lot. Went to the bar and restaurant at night finding that we were the only ones there and it closes early at 10 pm which I thought strange. I had to ask fro the bathroom to be cleaned and batteries to be put into the remote controllers fro the television and the AC, so somewhat poor maintenance. Also few people could speak English.

街までは歩くには少し遠いです。 事前にコンビニで必要な物を買う事をおすすめします。 街からは少し距離があるので、静かで、くつろげます。
