遠離旺區的酒店
房間是真的很大, 而且也很整潔, 只是浴缸可能不是常用, 所以有點髒 T_T 環境清靜, 如步行到查汶大街, 大約要40分鐘左右! 酒店旁有個的士站, 而且有價目表(基本上整個蘇梅島的的士價格都很一致性), 所以也可以安心搭~ 只是酒店附近真的沒什麼好吃, 所以每晚都會走要查汶大街食晚飯:-p

房間十分大，也十分清潔, 吃早餐的地方顯得很殘舊
這間酒店位置偏遠, 喜歡靜的非常好。房間十分大，也十分清潔，有足夠空間給每個住客。 酒店歷史悠久，但環境保持得非常好，唯獨是吃早餐的地方顯得很殘舊，也有很多蒼蠅，食物種類尚可。 唯有一個很特別的地方， 原來酒店是2 座不同的建築物，設於酒店的對面馬路，但酒店職員從沒對有住客說, 唯獨是我看見網上介紹有多個泳池，再詢問才知道, 我認為酒店職員有需要向每一個住客說清楚所有酒店設施呢！

非常差的体验！我们提前两个月全额付款，旅途奔波了一天，晚上8点多到达酒店，竟然被告知没有房间，只能接受酒店安排，去附近一个三星级酒店住宿，还说那个酒店环境肯定比Novotel要好。谁知道那个酒店很破旧，没有提供热水，很多设施都是坏的。我们就在这个酒店渡过了整个假期！Novotel答应全额退款。这个是我第一次使用Hotels.com预定酒店，就发生这种情况，实在是太糟糕了！而且向Hotels.com投诉了，还没有下文，也没有任何赔偿。（如果我入住，你们就不退款；但如果你们不提供房间，为什么没有对等的100%的赔偿？）我再也不会使用这个网站预订酒店了！

房間大, 無蚊蟲
設備舊但飯店人員維護得很好，植物很多不過幾乎沒有蚊蟲，房間空間非常大而且舒適，缺點是離查汶海灘稍遠，google map標示的位置是錯誤的，步行到街上大約要25-30分鐘。 Hill side走路到餐廳和海灘要5分鐘，建議選beach side的房間，較貴但值得。

Bokade rum för två vuxna och två barn (9 och 13 år) När vi skulle checka in så fanns bara en dubbel säng på rummet och vi var tvungen att betala 22.000 bhat extra för att barnen skulle få egna sängar på rummet. De menade att enligt thailändsk standard så kunde ett barn sova på soffan och ett i dubbelsängen med oss vuxna. I bokningen står det tydligt att de är två vuxna och två barn (där även barnens ålder är angivet) som bokat hotell i 10 dager. I övrigt ohjälpsam personal och allt på hotellet som ex mat och dryck har överpris jämfört med hotellen runt omkring.

Sehr freundliches Personal absolut alle sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer Hill Side (man muss über die Straße bei Buchung Hill Side). Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht. Super Pool ! Getränke am Pool zu teuer. Der Strand sehr klein konnte teilweise wenn das Wasser hoch was nicht genutzt werden, dafür ein Minus. Im gross und ganzen haben wir uns gut gefüllt. 2 Personen mit 2 Kleinkinder

Novotel er altid en positiv oplevelse målt på kvalitet kontra pris. Koh Samui Novotel er ingen undtagelse. Dog er der hovedbygning ned til vandet & med stor pool som denne anmeldelse gælder for, bygningen på den anden side af vejen er slet ikke sammenlignelig og ville få en anden vurdering.

ホテルからビーチへ繋がっていて、プールで遊んだり海で遊んだりとでき、子供達は1日中遊んでいました。 海はどこまでも続く遠浅で、またとても綺麗な水質で子供を遊ばせるのに安心でした。 遠浅過ぎて泳ぐことはできなかったですが、綺麗な海にとても感動しました。 ホテルの部屋はとても広くて、古いとは思いますが清潔感もあり大満足でした。 アメニティーが良く不足していましたが、電話をするとすぐに持ってきてくれたので問題はなかったです。 フロントのスタッフは愛想がなかったですが、ガードマンのおじさんは、とても愛想がいい方でした。 朝食はいつも同じメニューでしたが、品数もありました。 卵料理もオーダーすると作ってくださいます。 コンビニは歩いて3分ぐらいの所にあり、とても便利でした。 また、ランドリーはホテルの横にあり助かりました。 チャウエンビーチの繁華街からは少し離れているので、ソンテウなどを使っての移動になりますが、静かでのんびりしたい方にはオススメです。 子連れのファミリーの宿泊が多いようでした。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

家族旅行で使用、非常に満足のいく滞在でした。オススメします。
子供2人と計4人でヒルサイド スーペリアの予約でしたが、一番ビーチに近く、朝食のレストランにもすぐ行け、バルコニーから直接プールにアクセスできるファミリールームにアップグレードしていただきました。部屋・バスルームともに非常に広く2段ベッドも子供がとても喜んで、快適なホテルステイができました。 レンタカーを借りましたが、部屋の近くに駐車しておけるのは、ヒルサイドのメリットですね。部屋を出てすぐ車に乗れるので、出かけるのが億劫でなく、便利でした。 清潔度のマイナスはプールの水質です。十分ではありますが、もうひと頑張りしてほしいです。 周辺エリアは、食事のできるレストランはすぐ近くに数軒あり手頃で美味しかったので十分ですが、散策したいと思うほど何かがあるわけでは無い、という評価です。

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were extremely friendly and pools and grounds were kept very clean. It’s located right on the beach although we stayed on the mountain side it wasn’t that big a drama crossing the road. It’s a bit out of town but if you hire a scooter as we did that’s not a problem. Would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about going to Koh Samui.

よくない口コミもあったので少し心配しながらいきましたがとてもよかったです。 最もビーチ側の2階のお部屋でした。 到着してすぐおしぼりとウェルカムドリンクをいただきました。チェックインは、少し待ちましたが、ロビーの雰囲気もよくくつろぎながら待てました。 スタッフのかたの英語もきれいな発音で聞き取りやすく、こちらは話すのは得意ではありませんが、一生懸命きいてくださる方が多かったです。 部屋は広くて清潔、すごしやすいです。 ホテルにはよくありますが夜になるとライトが暗いのが少しは不便でした。 プールはファミリーがおおく、子供はとても気に入っていました。おなかがすいたらプールサイドのレストランで注文できます。ピザが220バーツくらいでした。 朝食ビュッフェは品数も多く美味しかったです。 ビーチのすぐそばでたべるのは最高でした。 海はとてもきれいかと期待したのですが、8月だから？濁っていたり藻があったりして少し残念な感じでした。乾季だとまた違うのでしょうか。 街の中心まで歩くのは子連れには大変でした。ミトラレストランまで30分くらいでした。大人だけでしたら、まわりをみながら楽しみながら歩けると思います。 すぐそばに両替もあります。5分くらいいくと、マッサージのフレンド(全身1時間200バーツ)、コンビニもあります。坂道で舗装がよくないですが、タイらしくていいと思います。 とてもよい思い出になりました。

口コミからコスパと繁華街から少し離れる点で選びました。 気づいたことを思いつきですがあげておきます。 ・スタッフの笑顔がよく親切で、私の単語羅列の英語も、なんとか理解してくれようとしてくれました。 ・海がチェウエンビーチと比較してきれい。（というか、チェウエンビーチは汚い） ・砂州の沖は水がきれい。 ・チェウエンビーチまで海辺を歩くと結構近い。 ・部屋は口コミ通り広い。 ・コンセントは日本からのでそのまま使用できた。 ・蚊／ハエが多い　・・・このホテルだけでなく、サムイ島全般に。 ・朝食　　　　　　・・・口コミではよいとの意見が多くありましたが、あまり、食べるものがなかった。あと、ハエがたかっていて、気になった。 ・海がくさかった。となりのホテルとの境目から海へ汚水らしき水が流れこんでいたからか。。。 　海は財産だと思うのでこれは何とかしたほうがいいのでは。。。 ・砂州の手前はぬるく淀み気味。 ・チェウエンビーチまで道路を歩くのは歩道がなく、アップダウンがありつらい。（最寄りのコンビニまで結構ある） ・建物は古さが感じられる。 スタッフの対応がよく好感がもてる。 コスパはいい。

Good family hotel
Spend 10 days at Novotel Chaweng beach, and was all in all happy about the stay. The hotel staff is very friendly, 2 nice pool areas and location directly at the beach and a short walk away from the center of Chaweng beach was perfect for a family holiday.

Inte värt priset
Hotellet vi bodde på bokade vi för 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Barnen var 13 och 15. När vi kom fram så vi fick vi en dubbelsäng med ett täcke och 2 kuddar där det förväntades att 2 vuxna och en tonåring skulle ligga i. Där var En soffa utan täcke, kuddar eller lakan som ett barn skulle ligga i! 2 handdukar, 2 glas, 2 koppar. Det va ett rum för 2!! Vi fick betala mer än dubbelt så mycket för att uppgradera till ett rum vi fick plats i! Riktigt dåligt! Servicen var inte så bra och städningen var under all kritik. Poolerna var gröna då vattnet var fullt med alger. Frukosten var bra och rummet vi tillslut fick va stort. Läget var bra fast vi bodde på hillside och fick gå en brA bit för frukost och strand. Fin långgrund strand. Det var dyrt att handla i bar och resturang... även när det var happy hour.

L’hotel se trouve des deux côtés de la route. Les chambres principales et l’accueil côté plage et les autres chambres de l’autre côté et en montée donc il y a de la marche. Pour le petit dej faut traverser tout l’hôtel la route etc pour arriver au restaurant qui est en front de plage... sous une chaleur écrasante c’est pas forcément agréable. Petit déjeuner au top rien à dire copieux il y a de tout. Plage inexistante elle est loin il faut marcher longtemps pour pouvoir tremper sa cheville elle est sale et grosses odeurs désagréable d’egouts. Impossible de se poser car pas possible de se baigner et l’odeur c’est affreux. Il y a la piscine mais l’odeur est toujours là et elle n’est pas très propre. Il y a une seconde piscine dans l’autre partie de l’hôtel de l’autre côté de la route que je conseille davantage car pas d’odeurs et plus agréable pour nager moins de monde plus calme mais pas plus propre... Chambre grande et spacieuse mais toujours ces odeurs d’egouts dans salle de bain / toilettes. Sinon bel hôtel de manière générale mais pas grand chose autour il est à qques minutes en voiture de Chaweng centre possibilité de prendre un taxi ou touc-touc (moins cher) et l’hôtel met à disposition une navette gratuite 3 fois par jour 11h / 15h et 21h pour le retour c’est à vos frais (100 baht pour 2 en touc). Rien à faire dans l’hôtel pas de plage et piscine sale je déconseille si vous souhaitez vous détendre. La plage de Chaweng centre près du mall central festival est top

Great first time experience in Koh Samui
Overall good experience, staff were always friendly and helpful. Easy enough to communicate in English. The resort is split into two one beachside the other mountainside. If you stay on the mountainside expect to cross the busy main road everyday. There are two pools one on each side but the main pool has a bit of shade. There were a few restaurants around the resort but nothing to write home about. You will need to adventure out to get better eats and the beaches as well. The beach is OK, sand is abit rough and rocky but you can walk way out from shore. The room was large and spacious enough for my family.
