「Great staff and nice room」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」

「The hotel was new and clean. Only real problem was the location. There are a lot of homeless people around. Otherwise close to byward market and parliament 」

「 Staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and beautiful. There were a few minor issues, such as some chipped paint in the bathroom, and this time the bed was smaller than during my previous stay, which may be due to the fact that I indicated I would be staying alone instead of with a plus one. I would have preferred liquid body wash rather than the soap bar provided during both stays, especially since bar soap can be difficult to share when there are two guests. I also wish that...

「it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....」
