「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....

「My husband & I came for my birthday weekend & were very pleased with this hotel! Staff were so kind, the pool / hot tub area was beautiful & had 24 hour access (weather permitting) Elevator to higher floors as well as steps! Clean rooms with plenty of towels, walkable to the Island! Our only recommendation would be to be able to watch tv in bed.. it was on a large stand facing towards the couch other than that it was perfect! 」
